This fully-remodeled second floor property is available year round. Book now or miss this great opportunity!!

Only 1 1/2 blocks from the Beach! Leave your cars in the spacious driveway (4 guaranteed spaces for cars, 3 if they are all BIG SUVs)) and take a short walk to all of Dewey Beach's exciting attractions (only 1.5 blocks to the Starboard). Or take a quick spin on the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth Beach and enjoy its award-winning restaurants, shops and boardwalk!

This freshly-updated property features a fully-functioning kitchen, four (4) bedrooms, two (2) remodeled baths, plus an outside shower (when 2 showers won't do). This second-story beauty features two (2) decks, an open floor plan with a large dining table, living area, and lots of outdoor seating.

The house boasts new luxury vinyl floors, new furniture, a television in every room ready for all your streaming needs, and free WiFi.

The kitchen has all the comforts of home: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishware, glasses, utensils, coffee mugs, pots & pans, and cutting boards. There is a coffee grinder and French press, along with a coffee maker and a Keurig.

Each bedroom has either a closet and night table, or a dresser for your convenience. The first bedroom has a KING bed. The second bedroom has QUEEN bunk beds, the third bedroom has a KING bed, and the fourth bedroom has a KING bed.

Memorial Day to July 1 all rentals are 3 day minimum. From July to Labor Day, all rentals are 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. From Labor Day to Memorial Day, there is a two-night minimum. If you are in need of something different, please ask. We MAY be able to accommodate. We do allow last minute rentals as well.

My favorite place to stay in Dewey beach. So close to the beach and just a couple blocks from the starboard and other great restaurants. Definitely coming back!

Plenty of space in great location!

This property is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had plenty of space and my younger children enjoyed the extra table to play games and puzzles. The short walk to the beach was great for the adults and children as well. I would love to stay here again for sure.

Great stay for a large group! The location is in walking distance to town and the beach, and the covered porch was perfect for the not-so-great weather days too. Highly recommend for your stay!

We had a lovely stay! Very easy walk to the beach, which was the main thing we were there for. Many restaurants and shops are also within close walking distance. House was comfortable and up-to-date. Kitchen was well outfitted and had plenty of space for food storage--we like to split between cooking at home and going out, and it was great for that. Beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. Lots of big, comfortable common spaces, both inside and a wonderful upstairs covered porch. We had three generations of family vacationing together and it made a great space for us. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Beautifully updated and great location

This place was beautifully updated and had a great common area with lots of seating. I also loved that the kitchen had two fridges. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We had an amazing weekend minus the March snowstorm. The location is walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Place was spacious and clean but sheets were stained which was kind of yuck. Parking was tight- can’t really move your cars if 12 cars are parked there. But great to have 4 spots. Definitely risky with 3 units in the building. Be prepared for parties- and noise- but a great place!

In Love with Dewey!!

This property was so close to town, the beach and restaurants. It had ample parking and the interior was beautifully decorated. I loved that the kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with. I would definitely recommend this unit and plan to rent it in the future.

Very nice vacation

We enjoyed our stay. We weren't fully aware that the building was shared and parking was a bit tricky. But once we worked out the kinks with the neighbors, we had a very nice vacation. Location was amazing. Porch was a great amenity that we used a lot. Bedrooms and baths are very small. But location made up for everything. We would stay here again.

A Unique Rental...

My fiance and I rented Units 1 & 2 simultaneously. It was perfect for our huge blended family. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The huge driveway a plus. 3 min walk to the beach, and in the heart of Dewey no driving required! Really had a fantastic time.

Location, Location, Location!!!!

Great place to stay with family!! Very comfortable living area and bedrooms and kitchen has everything you need!! Awesome deck to hang out after a day at the beach or whatever. Lots of restaurants close by and walkable or a quick bike ride away. Or if you need to take the car, don’t worry there’s plenty of parking in the “lot” right in front of the house. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating!! Quick to answer any questions or concerns we had!! Would definitely come back and stay here!!

Everyone loved the property, the accommodations, and the location. The one thing everyone commented on and was most unhappy about was the checkout time of 10 a.m. 11 o'clock, the most widely excepted checkout time, can be difficult to meet. 10 o'clock just makes the rush that much more hectic. Add to that the lack of parking after check out time, as most folks want to enjoy the beach that Saturday, well, you can see the dilemma. Otherwise, we all enjoyed our time spent at the Condo and Dewey Beach! which is the the mist frequently used

This rental was very nice. The unit was unbreakable and meant for renters. It was fine for us and our children and grandchildren, and we had a really nice time. I used to have a house in the beach block and that makes a big difference when you have children and old folks like me to lug stuff to the beach. I have been going to Dewey all my life and at one time I owned several rental properties there. It has matured and become a great family place and not just a place for the drunken hell raisers. We will look into beach block rentals for next year.

Great location, cute unit

Our group of 15 enjoyed our stay -- we rented both the lower and upper units for a weekend in March for a couples getaway for a 50th birthday celebration. The setup of the unit was nice with the 4 bedrooms and two shared baths - we really liked that both bathrooms were accessible to everyone and all four bedrooms were about the same size (no big master with a private bath that only one couple could use). The kitchen was small, but well stocked. The unit was clean and everything in good working order. The deck (upper unit) and the screened in porch (lower unit) were very nice and provided extra room to hang out. Linens were provided and while the towels were a bit thin, the sheets were quite soft. Easy walking distance to beach and to restaurants and Starboard, yet the street was fairly quiet (at least it was in March). Note that there is a Unit #3 in the back, which we were unaware of (though no one seemed to be staying in it the week we were there). So, the parking is split into three areas between the three units -- but we did get four cars into both areas for the Unit #1 and Unit #2. They did nicely provide two dishwasher pods, a sponge, and two washing machine pods.

Booking implies you are getting a house not a unit in a house.

Kitchen cookware was awful, about 8 or nine forks in the dinnerware and not a lot of servings bowls and such if you plan to eat in a lot which we did. Two small refrigerators made it difficult with 8 people. A lot of broken latches, hooks and general maintenance needed. Toilet in one bathroom shot water at you with every flush and the other bathroom tub filled with water when you got a shower. Bunk bed was terrible and no ladder to get into the top. Would not rent there again.

Great Rental

My friends and I stayed here for one last trip together after college. The inside of the house was very clean, well-maintained, and was what we expected based on the pictures. The grill got a lot of use and the deck made it enjoyable to sit outside. The house is in a perfect location - very short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

Beautiful and Great Location!

The unit is so beautiful and a great size! Such a spacious living area for groups and large tables. Also it is so easy to walk anywhere you need to go in Dewey! Perfect place and perfect location!

I have been enjoying Rehoboth and Dewey Beach for over 30 years. I finally had the opportunity to buy a home we could enjoy and share with our family as well as allow others to enjoy as a summer rental. In my opinion, there is not a better place to go then DB/RB.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As a frequent VRBO/AirBnB traveler, I have tried to think of everything you would want/need. This property has everything. The location is perfect, you can walk to both the beach and all the favorite hotspots. It has parking. And one of my favorite parts is the 4 bedroom 2 bath. This allows 2 families to come and enjoy the house together.
