Si vous cherchez une maison idéale pour des vacances reposantes avec vue sur la baie, cela peut être la réponse à votre recherche.

Cette maison est assez grande pour les réunions de famille ou les réunions de groupe. L'allée s'adapte facilement à 5 voitures et le garage est rempli de matériel de plage nécessaire pour votre promenade facile à la plage. Vous êtes sûr de profiter de votre parasol et de 2 chaises longues installées à la plage pour vous chaque jour! La maison et la cuisine sont également approvisionnées, vous n'aurez donc pas besoin d'apporter vos effets personnels ... tout est équipé dans cette maison. House a un système de verrouillage pratique qui ne nécessite aucune clé pour s'inquiéter .... juste un code spécial pour votre séjour uniquement. Profitez du porche couvert (orienté nord) ou de la grande terrasse ensoleillée (orientée sud) qui est équipée d'un barbecue au gaz propane Weber (propane inclus). Il y a 2 douches extérieures qui fonctionnent sur un chauffe-eau différent. Les draps sont inclus!

We have an amazing time and absolutely adored the house!! It was perfect with the bunk beds and the house was immaculately clean!

Great location!

Great location with plenty of parking. Close walk to the Starboard or the bay. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a beautiful lawn and deck along with an outdoor shower. Would definitely rent again.

Even better than the pictures!

We were extremely happy with the house upon arrival. It was perfect for our group and a short 8 minute walk from tons of restaurants, stores, and bars. This house was the ideal house for a girls weekend!

The house was perfect for our group of friends. The location was a quick walk to town, neighborhood was quiet, and the house was bigger than expected. Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families.

Big space, super convienent location

The property is perfect for a group getaway weekend! The back porch and living room spaces are inviting and great for groups to relax. Would recommend for a big group as long as you aren't loud outdoors at night to disrupt neighbors.

Great time in Dewey!

Maria was an excellent and communicative host. The property was even better than the pictures. The rooms were clean and the house was very conveniently located. The outdoor showers were a big hit. Would highly recommend this house and Maria was great to work with!

Convenient location

Convenient location being walking distance to the main road and beach, and all bars and restaurants. Beds were clean and kitchen suited our needs. Nice large living room. Grill did not work unfortunately.

Lovely house close to the beach

This house was great and perfect for my sister's bachelorette party. The single floor plan and the big open living room was perfect to have a group of girls gather. Maria was a great host and helped us get back items that were forgotten at the house. She was understanding and communicated quickly with us to get it resolved. I recommend Maria's property when visiting Dewey for large groups.

Great location w outdoor space and grill

Maria was very responsive and communicative answering questions before and during arrival. The house is exactly as advertised, plenty of sleeping accommodations and bathrooms. The house is walking distance from anywhere you’d likely want to go in Dewey Beach. The house is kept in great condition with access to a grill and plenty of outdoor space to hang and relax. You can walk to the beach and bars in less than 10 minutes. 5 star review!

Great House

House was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Walk to the beach was a little long, but not terrible. The only draw back was the property behind the house. The neighbor's yard was overgrown and unkept. When you're spending that kind of money, you don't want to be looking at someone's garbage in the backyard. The home itself was great.

Perfect Family Stay

This was our first family vacation with our two toddlers, in-laws, mother, and even our dog. The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a short drive to the outlets, breweries (one was in short walking distance), and Bethany beach. Maria was easy to communicate with, and answered all questions we had. The house is absolutely spotless- it was so clean, so comforting, and perfect in every way. Having a small yard was exactly what we needed for our dog, and it was easy to walk him around the neighborhood (which is quiet), and walk him to the beach early in the morning. For our toddlers, Maria even had a small wooden kitchen set, books, and games- the size of the house and openness was wonderful where we all could hang out together. The garage is full of everything you need for the beach as well. While on the porch, you can catch a view of the bay and having the warm breeze from there was a bonus. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Hassle Free Stay in a Wonderful location

House was neat and clean and situated perfectly. Our group was able to wach the impressive 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of our deck. The beach was a short 3 block walk and they offer the option of having an umbrella and a couple of chairs already set up for you. This definitely was a game changer and I would highly recommend it.

Best beach rental

Do not hesitate booking this home. It is so ideal for a family or group of friends. The house is perfectly situated and very well laid out. Plenty of space to gather cook and socialize. The outdoor showers were a particular treat. It was also really wonderful having an umbrella and chairs set up for us each day.

Wonderful, would book again. Clean and great location.

This was an absolute wonderful place we vacationed with my family including my husband, 5 year old daughter and 3 months old twin girls, along with extended family. The owners of the property were so accommodating and accessible for any of our needs. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was very clean and welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend this Property and would love to stay here again.
