Grande maison sur Clayton St. quelques propriétés de la plage 2 cuisines (1 à chaque étage) 3 salons 5 chambres et un loft (le loft a 2 lits jumeaux) vous offrent beaucoup d'espace de couchage air central wifi et internet tv, laveuse / sécheuse douche extérieure belle cour arrière avec foyer / barbecue au charbon de bois 2 chambres au premier étage, la configuration est idéale pour les grandes familles qui veulent rester ensemble, mais peuvent trouver un peu de vélos de séparation et des chaises de plage sur le porche avant au deuxième étage des ponts à l'avant et à l'arrière

Such a great time!! We had a group of nine and there was plenty of room for everyone. Tons of hangout space and so close to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Perfect for Large Families

The property was better than we expected from he photos and description. Tons of room for our families to spread out, with great balconies and outdoor space. We loved being so close to the beach and walking distance to so many shops, coffee, icecream, mini golf and restaurants. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommend.

20 Clayton is Wonderful

20 Clayton was perfect for our family. It is beach block, spacious and clean. Back yard was amazing for the little ones. Jim was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Great location

Stayed here a second year and all was good both years. Unfortunately we have to get a house with more bedrooms in the future or we’d be staying here again. Great location for the beach and dining out.

Perfect for our stay!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Jim's beach home. It served our purposes perfectly with the two separate living spaces. It was a great way to separate our teenage boys from the moms while still keeping tabs on them. The house was very clean, although there was a slightly musty smell in parts. There were also a few flies that greeted us when we arrived, but those things normally happen at the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Jim was a very responsive host and we would stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful trip and many fond memories.

Great location! Close to Beach and everything!

Location! Location! Location! Walk to everything you need. Take the trolley to Rehoboth boardwalk. This property has all that and more. Interior is a mix of dated and updated but plenty of room for the big family. We had 10 in all and it was not issue. 4 Bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready quickly and have some privacy. Only negative is noise due to its location to downtown Dewey. Everything is close and convenient but that comes with additional noise. Nothing woke anyone up from sleeping but it is clearly louder on the weekends. Other than that it was great, the communication was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our group of 10 (+1 infant)

This is the first time that any of us have visited Dewey Beach, and this was the perfect location! Being less than one block from the beach and not having to cross any roads was ideal. We were also a short walk from all of the popular restaurants on the main strip in addition to ice cream vendors, coffee shops, beach accessory stores, and a handful of convenience stores. The beach itself was quiet and clean, and had an umbrella and chair rental at this access point. The house itself was as advertised in the listing. It fit our group of 10 with enough space that everyone could have their own areas without feeling like they were on top of each other. Having 2 kitchens and 2 balconies was nice. The outdoor shower and free to use beach gear and bikes were much appreciated! The only negative I would call out is that the cleaning between tenants left something to be desired. Especially since our 12 month old seemed to find all of the areas under and behind furniture that looked like they weren't cleaned often. The first time that we used the washing machine our clothes were covered in sand from the prevous tenants, but that seemed to get better when we ran subsequent loads. The parking comfortably fit 5 medium to large cars. However, you have to park in a straight line so if someone other than the last car in has to leave then you must move vehicles around. This was not a problem for us as the area is so walkable we rarely had to drive, but it's important to note.

Great location, comfortable house!

The house location was amazing. The property is better than the pictures, and the communication with the property managers was fabulous. They were extra accommodating. The cleaning crew didn’t impress us. Maybe we’re just clean freaks, but we felt like it could have been a little more meticulously cleaned. Other than that, seriously amazing house! Worth the money! So comfortable!

Great location, wacky floor plan, small bedrooms, nice remodeled kitchen and upstairs family room. The rest of the house is quite worn and dated. Furniture like a college student's cast offs or deceased grandma's mismatched furniture. Weeds in the yard, etc. Everything worked OK.

Overall better than expected

Location for younger generations just perfect. Next to the mini golf course which gave much entertainment. Walking to all the restaurants and ice cream shops just wonderful. Lots of rooms in the house so one could be alone or with a crowd. we've rented various houses for 50 years and always needed to supplement something. Not so with this house; it was everything!

Great Family Beach Week!

Had a terrific time at this house. This is our second time there are we loved all of the new improvements! The kitchen upgrade is fantastic. Plenty of rooms for everyone. The owner was super easy to communicate with. We hope to return. Thanks so much!

So very perfect

This property was everything I could have asked for. We are a family of 14, 5 of which were under the age of 4. Plenty room and plenty of space to spread out. Couldn’t ask for more. The property was very clean. The backyard was great for hanging out when the babies needed to be off the beach. Will book again

Very Spacious House Close to the Beach

Extraordinarily spacious rental with tons of room both inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen with all your vacation needs … even has a wine fridge. Located on a beach block, super convenient and easy to get on and off the beach without having to make all your needs for the day since you can come and go quickly. Tons of beach chairs and bikes. Located right at the start of town so easy walk to restaurants and bars. Only drawback of location is that is one house off the main road and backs up a bit to the mini golf - was fine for most of trip but as the nightlife started to pick up later in the week, it was pretty noisy when enjoying the backyard and back deck but, you’re in Dewey, known for the party scene so not a huge deal. Great spot for a group of friends or families!

Great Space!

This house was perfect for our group of 14 over Memorial Day weekend. There was enough room for us all and even a twin air mattress or two so we could space out a bit more. Super close to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and toys to bring along. Tons of space to spread out among the two floors as well. Brand new kitchen and floors on the first floor were also a pleasant surprise when we arrived. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.

Close to the beach - needs updating

Biggest plus is the size of the place. 5 bedrooms plus a loft! Additionally 4 bathrooms all with showers or baths. Also lots of decks and beach chairs and whatnot on porch. The hardest part for me was cleanliness. Baseboards, for example, had not been cleaned for at least a year. The place was overall "broom clean" and definitely vacuumed. We are not super clean freaks, but we felt the need to wash all dishes and work surfaces before we used them. After that, the place needs updates - outdoor shower does not have enough pressure to use, there is deliberately no hose sprayer at the outside hose, the 30 year old dryer is rusted and broke while we were there, no gas grill, overall most beds, appliances from the 80s.

The location and size of property make it great for multi family. Suited for teens and adults really well. Loved being close to beach and porch for dropping off all beach gear, hose and outdoor shower was key for us! Overall very happy.
