Cozy, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced!

We had a great time! The room was thoughtfully designed and furnished to support both our mountain and beach excursions. The location is excellent too, and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Thank you to the staff and we hope to come see you again soon!

Wonderful find

Fantastic experience. The room has been recently renovated, very clean, and most importantly the bed is super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We loved the location and really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable Stay

We had a very nice stay here. Everything was clean, comfortable, well stocked and the room and property were quiet. Enjoyed staying in a modernized room. Check-in was easy peasy! Would definitely stay here again as we appreciated the little extras the room provided that some hotels don’t even provide. Location was great too!

A Stay That Exceeded Expectations

Beautiful and comfortable chalet. Walking distance from both the shops and the lake. Quiet and secured area. Cleanliness of the room was in perfect condition. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again whenever in Tahoe!

Great place to stay

I give this place an all 5 stars! It’s a great place to stay. It’s located in the heart of the town and a walking distance to restaurants, shops, ski resort and the lake . The place is very clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. I’ll be booking with South Lake Chslet the head time I’ll be in the area again. Thank you SLC.

Our Southlake Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southlake Chalet. Our unit was clean, bed was super comfy, and you cannot beat the location! We were able to walk to the lake, food, and shops. Host response to questions or requests was prompt, professional, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others for future stays.

Immaculate and wonderful

This place was top notch. I've stayed in many Inns for work and finally found one I'll return to. Great kitchenettes. Very clean! Comfy beds. Awesome hospitality staff!

I love this place.

Location location location… the location is the best. So many things only a walk away. The place is peaceful, quiet, clean, very convenient. I’ve stayed here about 4th times and this place has never failed me. I would definitely recommend.

Best Place to Stay in South Lake Tahoe!

The South Lake Chalet exceeded my expectations. Check in was super easy. Location was amazing, just 3 minutes walking to Heavenly shopping center. The room itself was so cozy and had everything we needed. Very cute and modern. The price was very affordable as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay

Our unit was very clean, nicely updated and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Nice touches with disposable slippers, ear plugs and sleeping mask. Loved the location…easy walk to Heavenly village and the beach area at the lake. Management was very responsive. We appreciated the detailed instructions for the room. Would stay again.
