Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, & additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay comfortable.

The newly renovated kitchen is ideal for romantic dinners, with its high-end equipment, large refrigerator, & complete set of cookware. Perfect for a couple or business visitors seeking peace & quality in the center of South Lake Tahoe, this studio mixes convenience & comfort perfectly.

Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd. a 2 mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort, walking distance to Whole Foods & Safeway grocery stores, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs,& bowling.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

All the linens and towels for your use in the home & at the beach are provided.
There is nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental in walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.
