Clean and cozy in town location for this two story duplex with private entrance, washer and dryer, cable TV and fast WiFi. Nearby Mount Sunapee, snowmobiling, ATV and recreational trails (quarter mile to trail entrance). Two spacious second floor bedrooms with queen beds and smart TV's. Full bath on second floor as well (smaller but adequate). Back and front yard, private parking and private porch/entrance from other half of duplex. Keurig Kcup machine & small coffee pot in well equipped kitchen. Tight bathroom but gets the job done. Quiet and safe neighborhood near all the attractions in the Lake Sunapee Region of NH.
Four seniors stayed for the memorial service for a longtime friend. We found the house comfortable, clean, quite well stocked, and convenient to events and other friends. Would rent again. Because my husband and I were in Greece until two days before we came up to NH I didnât get check-in information from the host until last minute. Probably my bad. Overall a good choice for us.
This is an older house which is clean and pretty well kept. it is a good area for visiting lots of the surrounding states. My one issue is the fact that the listing does not mention it is two storey with the bathroom on the second floor. We are in our 70's. I had difficulty on the narrow stairs and we left our suitcases downstairs rather than trying to bring them up.
Went up for a family event needed a nice calm quiet please to balance my brain this place was perfect plenty of games to occupy giant TV to watch very inviting definitely will book again
Spotless! Very quiet, off-street parking, very comfortable beds. Tiny bathroom. Great kitchen with washer and drier. Comfortable couches in the living room, with a huge TV. All in all, a great place to stay.
My Girlfriend and I loved the place!
Super comfy place with so much to do in the area.
We skied Sunapee, just a few minutes down the road. Also great hiking, Mt biking, and so many gorgeous lakes in the area!
And Salt Hill Pub has amazing food!
We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Thanks Dustin!
