This beautiful, HGTV-worthy home plus guest cottage is the perfect place for your next Texas coastal vacation! With room to sleep up to 14, you will have plenty of space and all the comforts that anyone could ask for. Seated on Caney Creek, you can relax on the fabulous patio, fish, crab, or take the quick drive to Sargent Beach. The main house offers 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, another with a king bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, twin on the top and a twin trundle. There is also a sleeper sofa with a full pullout bed, as well as a daybed with a twin trundle in common areas. You and your guests will enjoy the large dining table over looking Caney Creek and a friendly game of shuffleboard! We understand that sometimes work gets in the way of your vacation, so there is a desk area setup for those who might need it. The guest cottage boasts a full kitchen, full bathroom and 2 queen beds! There is a new pier, perfect for fishing or just hanging out by the creek! The pier is equipped with fishing lights, fish cleaning station with running water, seating and swim ladder. Please note that the boat lift is not for guest use.

There are security cameras for safety purposes only, located at the back of the house, facing the boat/pier. We value your privacy, and do not actively monitor cameras during guest stays.
