This 3BR/2BA home has a serene and calming atmosphere. The backyard is spacious and has plenty of seating areas in the sun and under the awning, so our guests can enjoy spending the day outdoors relaxing. End each day with a dip in the hot tub as you gaze upon the beautiful garden, under the bistro lights, or the clear Sonoma skies! The backyard garden features blooming roses, Japanese maple trees, jasmine, wisteria, and fresh herbs. It`s the perfect place to soak up the sun and connect with family and friends.

Inside the home you will find an open concept layout with plenty of space. At the end of a great day exploring Sonoma, curl up in the living room with the easy-to-use gas fire place. The home has voice activated lighting and temperature control for your convenience. There are also books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. This retreat is the ideal space for relaxation and a great place to celebrate a birthday or catch up with family and old friends. The home is also eco-friendly with solar power!

The home located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood within minutes to fantastic vineyards, including BR Cohn, Hamel, Imagery, and Loxton, among many others. It’s also a short drive from the Fairmont Spa, gourmet Mexican food, ice cream, and bakeries (see our guidebook!). For a day in the outdoors, drive to Jack London or Bartholomew (all within 10-15 minutes) to enjoy a day of hiking among vineyards, rolling hills, oak trees, and beautiful vistas.

We would love to host you in our home-away-from home, but we ask you please be mindful of noise. Quiet hours are strictly enforced in Sonoma County and loud gatherings are prohibited and can result in fines and losing our license. Thank you for doing your part to maintain our peaceful neighborhood!

A car is essential with most things you will want to see within a 10-15 minute drive (wineries, restaurants, hikes, etc). Two parking spots in front of the house with a two car maximum. No street parking available or permitted.

Biking is also possible as there are wineries within a 10 min bike ride! But please note that the bike route will involve biking alongside a highway.

Drive or bike to nearby wineries, and to town from this quiet setting down a dead-end street. Wander the picturesque single-lane roads with cottages from the days when San Franciscans came to take the healing waters of Agua Caliente and Fetters Hot Springs (still available at the Fairmont Inn and Spa)

Best to get around Sonoma by car, biking is another option if you have some experience biking

IMPORTANT: NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED! This includes loud music/conversation or hot tub use after 9pm. The Sonoma County mandated quiet hours are from 9pm until 7am and is strictly enforced with fines and a loss of our license. To comply with County regulations, the home uses Minut -- a device provided by AirBnB to monitor excessive noise and detect crowds.

Our house is located on a quiet street and we know our neighbors well. We expect our guests to respect the neighborhood, house rules, and Sonoma County regulations. Thank you!
