Enjoyed this beautiful home

We enjoyed this home very much. Was in a great location, neighborhood felt very safe and clean. We had a daily visit from a vulture who liked to sit on the screen on the outdoor area, every single day. It made for some great photos and great stories! Only negative was paying for a heated pool that was not warm for the majority of our trip and the hot tub is not a hot tub but a spa tub (wasnt aware there was a difference) which means the water did not get any warmer than the pool (it was in fact colder than the pool water) my kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool so im mot disappointed. House was beautiful and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spacious home

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. Lots of room for everyone, Master bedroom downstairs was so big and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Pool and area around spotless and with enough lounges and chairs for everyone to gather. This home was very clean, everything was practically new and in great condition. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great house, bad customer service and not the cleanest

First, checkin was at 4. We arrived at the house at 5:15 and cleaning person was still there and didn’t say a word. Took another 20 minutes as we were in the house. Dishes and glasses had food/substance caked all over them. There was plenty of dirt and dust on the tile floors. No cable or WiFi for multiple days and VillaDirect, the property management company, was awful with communication. We rented for 12 days and I had to connect to my hotspot for work for half the time and coverage is shotty so awful experience there Never mind teens not having WiFi for all their social media for almost a week. The house self is very nice and modern and plenty of room. Traffic is pretty rough around the area. We were really looking for a nice place to enjoy almost 2 weeks and I have to say it was very stressful and I was very disappointed with the management company and their lack of communication and lack of knowledge on how to solve basic problems

Good experience

Overall very happy with the stay and home. Location is good for attractions and in nice community. Pool and garage are setup nice for winding down and relaxing. One of the biggest downfalls for us was the limited supply of everyday items. We were only given one trash bag for 5 days, only had one roll of toilet paper for bathrooms, ect. Wouldn't be to hard to leave a few spares. Kitchen was setup good and had everything we would expect them to have. Happy we picked this house for our vacation and suited our big family very well.
