Awesome property! Our kids had a blast in the pool while the wife and I enjoyed the hot tub. Aside from the outdoor activities, we also enjoyed competitive rounds of pool and foosball in the game room.

Great stay for Disney, relaxation, getting caught up with family, etc. the resort amenities that were close by are a great addition! A great surprise and plenty of room. We had ages 2 through 80 staying and everyone was comfy and safe. Thanks a lot!

Super clean! Easy access. Well organized. Location was amazing for our week at the Disney Parks. Little to no traffic to and from the parks each day. Will definitely stay here again!

An excellent option for your travels to the theme park area. The house is beautiful, roomy, and just as described. The pool and hot tub are great and the evening/ night views are awesome. The resort club house, pool and amenities are just a short walk away. Lots to do and the check in process was seamless. Kristine was a pleasure to communicate with on the house and the check in process. She responds quickly. The Lillian House website is an excellent resource too. Thank you for a great stay!

My Wife and I really loved and enjoyed the house. The house is really decorated and kept up by a family that clearly cherishes is and is sharing it with us. We were very happy with our choice and loved our time in the house. We spent a lot of time outside with the excellent pool and hot tub. It is very easy getting in and out and simple and relaxing drives to the park each day. The check in process is very smooth and the host is very nice and communicative. It can sleep up to 10 so it would be great for a bigger group but we also just enjoyed the space and coziness for the 2 of us. Everything worked well. Pool and Hot tub are heated and salt. Washer and Dryer were handy and very good. Sitting out back so peaceful and its like a bird sanctuary with all of the birds that come visit as you swim.

The house we rented was great. Four bedrooms and a really relaxing back area to sit by the pool, lake, and water fountain. The shared pool, hot tub, tiki bar, courts, fitness, trails, and other amenities are a nice touch. It’s not a big place, so it stays quiet and peaceful, but still has everything you need. There are people around, but it never feels busy.

Kristine was phenomenal! She helped organize a little surprise for my new wife, which she absolutely loved! The house was amazing and within good proximity to shopping with plenty of restaurants. Our commute to the Disney and Universal Parks were very easy each day. It was a little cool for us to enjoy the pool and hot tub during our stay but the view of the pond outside was beautiful. The home is located within a gated community with 24/7 gate attendant which gave us a great sense of security during our stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay in this home again!

PROS: Location, size, and layout of house cannot be beat. Between the pool at the house, the game room, and the amenities at the community center just 2 doors down, we always had something to do AND had a quick and easy commute to Disneyworld.CONS: Many items were not available at the house that would have made this a comfortable stay, like paper towels (to clean up after ourselves), adequate toilet paper, and laundry detergent (despite being asked to run a load of towels before we left). Pool often had a lot of pollen and other debris, but the skimmer had huge holes in it and was pretty useless. Hot tub does not heat up to more than that of a warm bath. Overall, we had a pretty good stay, but we had to do a lot of extra shopping and legwork than we wanted to do for a vacation.

Hey, Thanks so much for your review! I love seeing the "pro's". We do love the pool, game room, and the location of the house to the resort amenities! I'm glad you always had something to do!! Regarding the cons, I'm sorry for any confusion regarding what we provide. Disney Lillian House is a "self catering" home, what we provide is listed on the VRBO listing, in the guest agreement & your welcome letter ~ a starter kit including a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (6 rolls), a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods etc.. I'm sorry about any pollen that may have gotten into the pool, spring can do that with all the Florida flowers blooming :)! Curious about the "debris" with the fully screened pool did you happen to notice any rips in the screens? I'll make sure our manager checks for any rips right away. Rips would really be the only way outside debris can get in to the screened area. Thanks for letting me know about the hand held skimmer! On my list to replace right away!! The hot tub is set to 101*, our app shows it wasn't used much while you were there but does show it reached 102* multiple times. Running a load of towels is really just to help our housecleaner get the home ready for the next guests, who typically check in same day. We sure do appreciate it and very sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. Thank you again for staying, take care!

Clean, beautiful, good location

Home fit 9 of us comfortably. Having the pool/ hot tub was so nice after a long day at the park. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. Definitely recommend staying here.

Disney family trip

The home and location were perfect for our needs. Great pool and view of the lake, excellent ammenities, clean and neat home with great spaces to spread out and enjoy family time. Fantastic!

Best Vacation!!

We had an Amazing time, this home was by far our favorite of any we’ve stayed at! Extremely homie, clean, well decorated and a perfect location. We really loved how close to the resort it was, so easy to get to all main locations. My family absolutely loved it and we’ll be booking for next year😀❤️☀️Babineau Family

Nice home in a nice secure neighborhood.

Location of the house was great for us. 15-20 minutes to Disney, Discovery Cove and the airport. 24 hour occupied and gated security made us feel very safe.

It took two years of planning and searching from the panhandle to the keys to find the perfect home away from home for us! Luckily we landed in Kissimmee, minutes to the most family oriented vacation spots in the world, theme parks, beaches and more! Being a "vacationer" on VRBO for many years, we knew exactly what we wanted and needed in a resort community: Great staff, great grounds, great amenities, great location, a tiki bar :)... Right on time, the perfect home on Madiera Beach Blvd, in the perfect location, steps from the clubhouse and perfect view, was found!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The moment we found the home we knew it was meant to be. It has everything you can think of: The beautiful views of the lake and clubhouse, the private pool and hot tub - the fountains :), the awesome location being second to the clubhouse, the popular tiki bar for food and beverages, concierge, all the activities. The space is great, perfect for a large family or two! 4 bedrooms, a "ranch" plan with no stairs... it really is everything we've ever wanted! So while we'll enjoy it as much as we can, please enjoy it as much as you can!
