Place was just as pictured. Very nice condo. Host was very informative left easy to follow instructions for check in & out, easy to communicate with. Me and my family enjoyed our stay, and will stay again when in the area.

This unit is spacious and beautiful; just as pictured!! The private parking garage and access to the beach gear was awesome to have. Even though the building is undergoing construction, it was never an issue. The beach access was fantastic and we loved that it wasn’t overly crowded. We had the best vacation and absolutely cannot wait to return in the future. The host is very responsive and helpful with any needs!

Amazing Daytona stay!!!

Very easy to get checked in. Instructions are very simple. Condo is perfect. Not a very busy condo. Beach was practically quiet the whole time.

We had a great stay at the beach. The condo and owner were great and fast to respond. The building would have been better if the keys worked in the door to get inside from the pool.

Great views

The views of this property are fabulous however it's not really close to enough to walk to anything. We were given the wrong internet information when we checked in and the keypad to get us in and out of the apartment never worked the entire time. Apartment was well stocked with everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils but it was lacking on toiletry items so there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the master bath and only one in the guest bath. There were beach towels provided but no extra bath towels and lack of laundry in the unit meant we had to do laundry next door so make sure you have plenty of change.

Great spot

Perfect for our family. Spent the entire day on the beach. Great spots to eat just down the road. Woke up and went to bed sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean waves. Robert was super helpful and responsive.

Great location and extremely nice condo

We visited for a long weekend and were taken aback at how nice the property was and how well it was maintained. There was some construction on the building, but did not interfere with our stay. Owner was very good at communicating with us and checked in with us to make sure things were great. I highly recommend this property.

This unit is beautiful and the host is awesome. The only issues we had were with people who work for the building, they are very rude. But the host has no control over those people.

Spacious & Family Friendly

This property is the most spacious condo we've ever stayed at beachfront and we sure did enjoy the extra room to move around. We were traveling with our 3 children ranging from a teenager to a toddler and the big kids loved the game options while Mom & Dad enjoyed the convenience of a high chair & pack n play already being on site. The master bed is also the most comfortable one we've ever slept on while traveling!

Pleasant Vacation

Very nice condo, even while under hurricane construction. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and clean. Washer and dryer was inconvenient not being in condo, but is located outside door In hallway. Good parking in garage with area for beach items. Be sure to take your own beach chairs or you will need to buy upon arrival. They had 1 really good chair, so that was nice. Owner had excellent communication with quick response when needed.

Great condo and location. The property was under renovation due to the hurricane in 2022. Only negative was the washer/dryer was not just for the condo. It was for the floor. Property owner was great and communicated well.

Unfortunately we came during construction which was communicated to me in advance. The guest bedroom had an entire wall that was plywood. The balcony was bolted locked ( which was told to me in advance.). However, the glass windows and sliding door was beyond filthy. It would have been nice to behave been able to see out and see the ocean but we could not. Overall the host was very accommodating I am only rating down the building due to renovating. Once construction is complete, I would highly recommend to anyone needed a clean spacious condo on the beach.

Great Time.

The property was just as pictured. Even though there were renovations going on to the balcony it did not affect our stay, we were out and about at the beach and local attractions. Property owner was so easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. Unit had everything you needed to enjoy the beach and pool. Intend to return.

Very nice property, and responsive host

Robert was very responsive and we loved the location. The only reason I give this a 4 and not a 5 is there was very little toilet paper and paper towels. Outside of that, this place was great, right on the beach and close to a supermarket. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in Daytona.
