Welcome to VACATION. All the comforts of home with the benefit of waking up and winding down with the soothing sounds of the ocean. Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, Horizons Condo provides unobstructed, breathtaking views all around. Offering assigned underground parking, 24 hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television and Wifi in every room, beachfront communal pool, and fitness center, what more could you ask for. Upon entering this 8th floor beachfront beauty, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with built in bar seating for two, a dining area for 6 that joins the living room overlooking the Atlantic. The master bedroom welcomes you with plush bedding and an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms down a separate hallway overlook the Intercoastal and cityscape of Daytona Beach, sharing the second bath. The wrap around balcony extends from the living area to the master bedroom, which has another balcony on the west side overlooking the Intercoastal. Weather permitting and minus the crowds, catch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the comforts of "home".

******UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete/balcony restoration project for the building since Aug '22.
As of 5.13.25
Our stack of units are now fully underway. They have moved to floors 15-10. Our unit is located on the 8th floor where noise can be heard during work hours of M-F 8 AM - 5 PM weather permitting. As the crew gets closer to our floor, the noise level will increase during normal working hours. There will be at least 3 months where the balcony or ocean views will not be accessible, which they are expecting September, October and November...possiblyinto December. There will be temporary walls installed while they are installing new windows and doors, meaning no balcony or view. Rental rates have been lowered to accommodate for any inconvenience. We will share updates as we receive them.
POOL IS OPEN and direct beach is open. Thank you

Super pleased!

The condo was amazing and offered everything we needed; we even cooked out with the grill outside. The beach and pool access was super easy to navigate. Overall it was just a peaceful place to stay and I highly recommend.

Excellent location

This was a very good location for a non crowded and excellent beach condo experience. Will definitely recommend after construction though due to excessive noise inside the building. Other than that it was spacious and felt like home away from home.

Very nice condo, absolutely everything we needed was there..Slept 8 of us comfortably..We look forward to returning next year after the construction is complete. Its going on 2 floors up and is very loud...Before 7am and after 4:30 its suoer quiet though, so thats a plus!!!Our host Sara was sweet!!!Bless y'alls condo and all who stays!!

The condo is a good size and provides excellent views. The pool is clean and warm. The showers were hot and the air conditioner worked great. Construction noise was louder than we anticipated but Sara fully disclosed that construction would be noisy. But a great rate and a great location

Incredible views

Property was absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive about the access to an 8th floor condo but this couldn't have been easier. The property was beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely book it again. There were great ideas for food etc there to give us ideas which were greatly appreciated.

Perfection, well stocked, great views.

Sarah was the best rental host I have ever had when traveling. The property was everything we wanted and more. Well stocked with essentials and even items that I forgot. Beautiful views and the unit truly felt like home while we were there. We will FOR SURE be returning renters to this unit.

Good but can use a bit of updating

The location and poolAnd ocean views were amazing. We did get awaken at 8am to the construction that was happening for the balcony renovations so beware if you’re looking to sleep in. The Master bed was a medium firm feel, the master bathroom did have dirt and hair on the floor that I had to clean myself , the vacuum did spit back out what I tried to clean so I think someone should clean that out. The 2 main frying pans were really used up and scratched from metal utensils- These could be replaced as Teflon’s are not safe to eat off. In the kids bunk bed room , the sheets on full bed and lower bunk beds were dirty with hair and had a gritty substance feeling. The cleaning person needs to do a Thorough cleaning as there were a ton of things under the kids beds. I don’t like to complain but wanted to share so owner is aware. Sarah was really responsive when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay overall. FYI- the wifi is really lagging and pauses on and off when watching tv or kids wanted to play their video games. The Netflix app didn’t work in the master bedroom ( I wanted to catch up on my show a couple of nights).

Host was very helpful. Place is well equipped. The building is a in long-term renovation, so not everything was quite as pictured, but view and beach access are great.

They exceeded expectations!!!

This trip is one that was long overdue for my family and I. All I can say is that the property exceeded our expectations. We knew that there was going to be some minor construction going on, but honestly it didn't bother us in the least. The property was right on the beach, it was super clean and the host couldn't have been more gracious From letting us check in early to giving us an extra hour at checkout, she couldn't have been a better host! If we go back to Dayton Beach, we will definitely be staying here again! I would give it 10 stars if possible!!
