Phase 1, Which includes our Unit, is anticipated to be completed by Memorial Day. Other two Phases should progress a bit faster and completed somewhere around early 2025 if not sooner. Please be aware, work will go on weekdays only and about from 8 am to 4 pm or so. A dust wall is in place in the living room, guest room and master bedroom (until Memorial Day). Therefore, no balcony access / views. So, if booking in that time frame, you understand and agree with the situation. Past Memorial there will be work going on on the other side of the building.
