Experience breathtaking direct oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean from this exquisite condominium situated on the 3rd floor. Enjoy the tranquility of the nearby secluded beaches, while still being conveniently located near all the attractions and amenities Daytona Beach has to offer.

Currently, exterior concrete renovations are in progress on our building, taking place from Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm. Please be aware of the potential for intermittent construction noise during these hours.

Great Stay

The condo was nice and well equipped. Very close to the ocean and you can hear the waves from your room. The owner was great with communication.

Wonderful stay

The unit is perfect for a Daytona vacation. Beautifully decorated nice and simple. Great large tv’s in all rooms. Kitchen stocked the best of any place I’ve stayed before.

Great place with fantastic views!

Rooms were clean, modern, kitchen has everything you need, and we loved the large TVs! Owners were great and answered all of our questions. We will definitely book again! Great location!

Amazing!

The construction did not interfere at all with our week. Most of our time was spent on the beach. Just like being at home, but having the ocean as my back yard! Any questions I had, were answered promptly.

Awesome View

This property was awesome. Would recommend staying here. The unit was very clean and very updated. The view was absolutely beautiful. I can't think of anything that would deter me from renting again. Hope this review helps anyone needing more information about this rental.

Refreshing

This trip was for a family reset and it did just that for each of us. My wife and I watched the sun rise each morning and she was elated. We spent so much time on the beach and relaxed the entire trip. It was better than we anticipated. Would love to visit and stay in this location again!

Destination, Daytona beach!!

What an amazing condo. The views are breathtaking from the balcony. This condo is everything you see in the pictures and more. I highly recommend you pick this unit for your vacation. Beds sleep great. Also be on the lookout for dolphins!! Thank you for such a great experience. The Johns Family

Daytona 2023

This was our first time staying at this property and was the perfect size and price range for our group. The unit was very clean although we did encounter and destroy a few unwanted insects. It appeared to be isolated incidents and we would definitely stay here again.

Very NICE!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and just felt like home. Had a few games to play on those rainy days and of course TVs in all rooms. My family and I will definitely be staying here again. Great location! The parking spot in the garage had few toys and chairs to use out on the beach. We even added to the collection of goodies. Thanks again, until next time.

Great ocean views, beautiful condo

Would give 4.75 stars if I could. The condo is decorated with plenty of decor upgrades, it's very spacious, and had all the necessary cookware. Lacked two things- dish towels for drying cookware and/or clean up of the beautiful granite, and needed some plastic cups for both kids and adult beverages at the beach. We purchased these items and left in the unit. Overall minor complaints that the beach made up for. Would stay again.

Beautiful Condo on the beach

Condo was very nice. The view was great. We had lots of rain, so we did not get to go to the beach or pool. There is definitely, construction going on in the building. Lots of noise Mon - Fri 8-4. We were not at the condo during those hours, so it did not affect our stay.

Beautiful condo in Daytona!

Communication was spot on! Bryce led us through the entire stay and was very responsive. The condo was accurately shown in pictures. Everything was perfect! I will say, when we got to the building, there was a lot of construction going on. When we walked into the lobby, it was very dated and hot. The elevators worked, but need to be updated. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was so nice. The building had a lot of residents and tenants that have been there for years. We enjoyed the quiet beach and meeting some of the locals. Definitely will be back!

On the beach

We were told there might be some construction. There was and it was constant over our room. We were never told that they would be shutting off the water. A whole day with no water would have changed our mind on staying there

Condo up to date and very clean, the view is incredible, several beach equipments available which was very useful, we loved enjoying the beach and pool . Communication with the hosts is easy and fast, we will definitely return
