Welcome to your St. George escape! This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Las Palmas Resort offers a perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and stunning desert views. Perched on the third floor, the home is uniquely peaceful, hidden behind garages and overlooking Shadow Mountain Valley, Pine Mountain, and Snow Canyon State Park. Guests love relaxing on the spacious balcony, complete with comfortable seating and a natural gas BBQ grill.
Inside, the condo features brand-new furniture, high ceilings, and modern finishes. The master suite includes a king-size bed, a private bathroom with an oversized tub, balcony access, and a 55" Roku streaming TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, along with another 55" Roku TV. The bunk room is ideal for families, featuring two twin-over-double bunk beds, two rollaway beds, blackout blinds, and a play area for kids.
