Casa Con Vista 609 with Water Park in Family Friendly Las Palmas Resort

New remodel and all new furniture and beds in popular Las Palmas Resort, 3 bed 2 full bath home. One of the most peaceful homes in Las Palmas Resort due to it's location in a smaller condo building and hidden from the parking lot behind garages, this home overlooks the beautiful Shadow Mountain valley area of picturesque St. George from it's 3rd story sizable balcony. Amazing views of Pine Mountain and Snow Canyon State Park that are to die for!

King bed in the master bedroom. Large 55" Roku streaming TV and private bath with oversize tub as well as access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Two twin size beds in the guest bedroom which can be bridged into a king bed upon request. 55" Roku streaming TV in this room as well. The bunk room features two twin over double bunk beds with two roll away twin beds stored in the closet and play area for the kids. Each of the bedrooms come with blackout blinds to keep the bright St. George sun out when you want to sleep in a little on your vacation. The comfortable living room features a large 70" Roku streaming TV and a gas fireplace. This home has a full kitchen with large refrigerator with ice and water in the door, microwave, stove and oven and dishwasher. Free WiFi is included and this home has a private washer/dryer. Sit back and relax in the comfortable chairs on the balcony and take in the views, or better yet, cook up some steaks on the natural gas BBQ grill located on the balcony. This home comes with access to multiple pool and hot tub areas including a large clubhouse and water park featuring indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, and water slide!

All of our homes are all privately owned and vary in size and decor. They are all non-smoking and pet-free. Each home includes free high speed wireless internet and cable TV channels, access to six swimming pools, including 1 indoor pool and a water slide, several hot tubs, two exercise facilities, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and many other indoor and outdoor activities.

Loved the location and there was plenty of room in the condo. The view from the back balcony is beautiful. Lots of pool and hot tub options. It did seem silly that we had to go buy more toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. There was only enough provided for a couple of days- would be nice to have more supplies provided. I would stay here again!

A few things would be nice to have: bigger kitchen garbage, better bed sheets, included streaming or cable on all TVs, and a little more attention on deep cleaning areas like light switches and commonly touched items. Great pools and location to central st. George!

Great Spring Break Trip

Great stay, easy check-in , clean, easy to get to. Only suggestions, provide more trash bags, only found 3. Not enough for stay, and helps keep place clean. Also cleaning spray would be helpful to keep kitchen clean. Beds could be more comfortable as well. Master in particular was hard on the back. Overall it was great for family and perfect for kids.

Family Fun

Traveled to Utah for son's wedding and wanted place large enough for the whole family. We had six adults, four children and an infant stay very comfortably. The unit was clean and equipped with a high chair, play pen and kid friendly kitchen ware! The view from balcony was beautiful. All of the furnishings we're comfortable. Plenty of towels and essential items included. We couldn't have had a better experience! A true home away from home only better because we don't have several pools and parks in walking distance from our own home. Highly recommend for family fun vacation!

Overall good

The condo was as it was described. The beds were comfortable and overall it was clean. There was a water leak problem so we were not able to use the master bathroom shower during our stay. The place could use some more dishtowels. Overall it was good. Not a lot of pool options in the winter but we we knew that beforehand. It is a third floor unit with no elevator so keep that in mind.

Loved it, but bed count on listing incorrect

I had read another reviewer mention there were no twin beds in the primary bedroom closet - we brought a couple cots just in case, and sure enough, no rollaway twin beds. I tried emailing the owner but never received a response. Also, be aware that if you see "mini-golf" mentioned as an amenity, it is right next to the pool clubhouse but NOT included in your stay. It's an add-on price for the roller-skating rink next door. With those caveats, we really enjoyed our stay - the unit was in great condition, beds were comfortable, we appreciated all the kitchen things (tupperware, slow cooker, pans, etc.). The unit has a limit of 10 pool attendees for the big pool area with water slides at a time - so if more people are staying in your unit, be aware of that.

No additional beds in master like in description. No trash bags, only coffee filter, water pressure was very low, shower in master was hard to get to turn on and off. Directions for streaming and TV operation would of been great. Balcony view was great and layout of condo good.
