The apartment was great it was close to everything. The host was great and checked it to make sure everything was going smoothly. The only recommendation that i would make would be a can opener. I will definitely recommend this place.
We chose this rental due to it being near the stadiums via rideshare. Lots of space for 3-4 people with 3 bedrooms and decent sized living room and kitchen. Communication with owner was good.
Our overall experience was okay. First off the check in process was not through Vrbo which made it not only sketchy but also extremely slow and frustrating. Iâve seen other reviews saying similar things. We also visited in the summer so the entire house was very warm. It took an entire day in order to cool the place down. Outside of that the place was nicer. It was upstairs in a multi-unit building. Not a terrible location.
My husband, son, and I were meeting our son and his girlfriend who were on their college spring break. Vincent's place was the perfect size for our group of five. We did many touristy activities while in Seattle, and the property wasn't a far drive from anything. It was clean and the Nespresso pods were a bonus! We found the family room furniture to be uncomfortable, but again, were weren't trying to spend all our time at the property, as we had sights to see and activities to do!
This VRBO worked out great for the 5 nights that my friend and I stayed. host was helpful and quick to reply to questions the interior was clean and had everything we needed!
We had an overnight work trip that took us to Seattle. We did not spend much time at the property but everything was clean and modern, the owners communicated frequently to provide relevant information and the location was quick and easy to access. Definitely will stay there again for other work trips.
This was a great stay for us for the weekend. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. We were able to walk to the downtown and explore. We also could walk to the grocery store. Communication was easy and quick with the manager.
This property was perfect for our family as we were in need of a place to stay the night and regroup after a celebration of lives for my parents. It was perfect for us and exactly as described. The convenience of kitchen and washer/dryer were great as well. We caught the ferry to Bremerton the next day - and realized even more how perfect the location was. Thank you!
Great place to stay for quick access to the stadium
Nice condo in excellent condition with everything you could ask for. It's perfectly located to be close to the stadium however if you were looking to be close to other Seattle attractions/able to walk downtown or really to much of anything know that this is a very suburban location. And on a decently busy road. We had a great time and would stay again for games.
Overall was a nice stay. There are not any places to put belongings. Several wall mounted shelves next to beds were broken and not usable. Suitcases had to go on floors. Interior needs paint as showing wear and tear. Kitchen area was nice with updated appliances.
The location is great and three bedrooms is nice. The couches are very uncomfortable so maybe not the best if youâre planning on being inside for a while. Still solid if youâre just there for nights. The registration process requires that you upload pictures of your drivers license to a third party site and process payments in a way that made me uncomfortable. Not saying that itâs bad or unsafe but did not feel right. There were a lot of nice coffee options and the beds were pretty comfortable. AC in the living room kept it cool too.
Good location but several issues with the property
The location of this rental was convenient, but unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay.Booking Process: I initially booked through Vrbo, where I entered my payment information, only to receive an email from the property manager asking for payment details again. This felt unnecessary and made the process more complicated than it needed to be.Shower Curtains: Upon arrival, we noticed a mildew smell coming from the shower curtains, indicating that they hadnât been cleaned in a while. This was a bit off-putting.Bedroom Setup: The bedrooms had no counter space, which made unpacking difficult. We had to leave most of our clothes in our luggage, which wasn't ideal for a longer stay.Washer/Dryer: Having a washer and dryer is essential for our family, but the washer was broken, and the dryer didnât heat up, which was disappointing.Dishwasher: When we tried to use the dishwasher, we found that the cover holding the pod was broken, rendering the appliance unusable.Living Room Furniture: The sofas in the living room were wobbly, and some support straps were missing underneath, which made them uncomfortable to sit on.Leak in the Living Room: There was a noticeable leak in the living room that was soaking into the area rug, creating an unpleasant odor. While the rental served its purpose for a short stay and the location was great, these issues really impacted our experience. I hope the property manager addresses these concerns for future guest
4 apartment complex, recently renovated. This one in on the top floor with a parking space in the lot below. No central area, the unit in the living room keeps the bedrooms cool if you keep bedroom doors open. Owners were quick to respond to questions or concerns, Nicely updated kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Bedroom walls could stand a fresh coat of paint. Wifi signal was spotty at the beginning, but then worked.
Great ethnic restaurants in the area, we even bought tamales out of the back of a car.
Five of us stayed at the property. Three friends needed to get over jet-lag and work before leaving for a workshop on Orcas Island. They had air-conditioning in the living room. They didn't want to be too far from the airport.
My husband and I wanted to discover Seattle. We took bus 36 to downtown Seattle (stop is 2 minutes away). We took the train from the airport and walked to the property (15 minutes). Our friends had a car and there was a parking place. The restaurant Oak was 5 minutes by car (25 minute walk) and had Vegetarian options.
There were fans in the bed rooms which were necessary because we stayed during a heat-wave.
Vince's place provided an excellent base for exploring Seattle. Located within walking distance of the downtown and excellent views of the city in all directions, it nevertheless provided a cozy neighborhood feel with grocery shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants (especially Mexican) just blocks away. The property itself featured three large beds, common areas where five could comfortably gather, and a kitchen with just about all the necessities and a few nice amenities like multiple coffee making options. Not least important, Vince was easy to communicate with when questions arose.
This is a beautiful little apartment with comfortable amenities. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again! The owner was incredibly communicative and made us feel very welcome. The kitchen had state-of-the-art appliances and beds were comfortable.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There isn't much around the neighborhood in terms of amenities, but the bus stop is right around the corner. We'd absolutely stay here again!
