BOOK TODAY this 5 bedroom/ 4.5 Bathroom home located about 30 minutes from all of San Diego hot spots, this house offers everything vacationers can dreams of: Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms with TV in each , 2 dining room & 2 Living Rooms, state of the art Game Room and a resort style backyard- Pool, Pool Slide, Hot Tub & BBQ are truly a highlight. After all , Nothing beats relaxing & enjoying sunset with a cup of beer from a huge deck!

Bed/Bath Set Up: Sleeps 16 adults and 2 infants/toddlers (crib and pack n play).

Bedroom #1: (Upstairs Master Suite) 2 King beds, Twin Daybed with Twin trundle and Crib. Room has a Smart TV with Hulu.

Bedroom #2: (Main level) Queen bed and Full bed with attached full bath. Room has a Smart TV.

Bedroom #3: (Main Level) King Bed, Smart TV

Bedroom #4: (Main level) Queen bed with Smart TV.

Bedroom #5: (Basement) King size bed with smart TV.

Bath #1: (Upstairs Master Suite) Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower and Tub.

Bath# 2: Attached to Bedroom #2 - Full bath with full shower.

Bath #3: Full bath in hallway that serves bedroom 3 and bedroom 4

Bath #4: (Basement) Full bath with full shower.

Bath #4.5 half bath on main floor

Game room: (Basement) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a billiards table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, skee ball and air hockey! We also have a poker table. 4 arcade games, and Nintendo Switch. If you are not playing, snuggle up on the couch and watch friends and family play!

Tons of board games for your use.

Outside we have a volleyball court, corn hole, ping pong table, bocce court, half basketball court, Life-size connect4 and Pool toys

Outdoor area:

Unwind outside on the estate's lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun hill lounging around! Take a dip in the pool or jacuzzi after a few games of ping pong, bocce ball, or volleyball!

Enjoy the fire pit and get cozy with the beautiful night sky!

The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

Smart TVs in each bedroom and living area including Hulu with Live TV, (Welcome to log into your own Netflix or other smart tv accounts)!

House Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am. No music in backyard after 7PM. (Music during the day must be played at a low volume). no music allowed by volleyball court. Music with profanity prohibited at all times.

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
October and March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
November-February: $195 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Please note that this property has exterior cameras surrounding the property.
Indoor Fireplaces are not operational

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

-New Years Eve & New Years Day
