The Infinity saltwater pool/spa overlooks rolling hills. Kids enjoy swings, play kitchen, Connect 4, arcades & more! Loaded game rooms & private movie theatre! Gym w/Peloton and weights. The Space:
Welcome to your private mountain-view escape designed for families seeking times you'll never forget. This private hillside oasis is nestled in the rolling foothills of San Diego County. ALL ONE LEVEL!
Room to Spread Out:
The main house is a 4,300 square foot mansion with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Equipped with a cozy cabin-like living room, bar area, and HUGE kitchen with all the amenities (including a double oven). With accommodations for up to 27 guests (with advance notice), we are ideal for large families, retreats, and group gatherings. Every corner of the home has been thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, elegance, and togetherness.
Private Guest House:
The separate guest house offers its own kitchen, laundry, and sleeping space for up to 7, making it perfect for extended family or friends who want a little extra privacy.
Outdoor Paradise:
When you arrive, you feel as if you've been whisked away to a Mediterranean resort. The breezeway leads you into a lush, private courtyard filled with tropical plants and a quaint seating area where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. Outdoor games include bag toss, badminton, and ping pong!
The back patio is home to 6 separate seating areas where you can take in the breathtaking views. Catch a sunrise from one of two outdoor couches, dine at one of the four tables, or relax in the award winning saltwater infinity pool and spa. Please note the pool has NO FENCE immediately around it but is equipped with floating pool alarms and door alarms. The hot tub can be heated for an additional fee of $100 per day.
Down the hill is a swing that whisks kids out over the hill and additional parking for you and your guests.
Entertainment for Everyone:
Inside, the fun never ends. Challenge friends to shuffleboard, foosball, darts, board games, and over 1,000 arcade games. Or, wind down in the private movie theatre for a family film night. With spacious living areas and plenty of seating, there’s room for everyone to gather and create memories.

Guests can park 6+ vehicles at the top of the hill at the entrance to the estate. Additional parking is available on two tiered parking areas below. Please note, guests parking there will need to access the estate via stairs or a steep driveway.
Each of the two houses has electronic coded locks so getting in and out is a breeze with no keys required.
The hosts/owners live nearby and are available to ensure you're never locked out!
Other Thing to Note:
Hot tub can be heated during your stay for an additional fee ($100 per day)
Hot Tub & Pool can be heated during your stay for an additional fee ($300 per day)

1. Have fun! We are thrilled to have you as our guests.
2. Kick off your shoes . With this being a beach town, you’ll be glad not to have sand everywhere. We ask that all guests remove their shoes when entering the house.
3. Park only in our designated areas. Our driveway is shared. If you park on the neighbor's side you will subject to towing. See Photo for approved parking areas
4. Check out is 11am or earlier. We can be flexible upon request and approval.
5. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
6. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Our neighbors enjoy a quiet neighborhood, and we don’t want that to change. Please be courteous to them.
7. No noise outside after 10pm. This is a city ordinance that carries a hefty fine.
8. If you break, stain, or damage something, please let us know ASAP. If we don’t know, we cannot fix it. Often, things can be repaired easily, without a charge to you. However, if we discover the damaged item, you’ll be charged the cost and labor.
9. No fires in the fireplaces.
10. Absolutely no drugs. We like a good time, but no controlled substances are allowed. Alcohol is ok for guests 21 years or older.
11. Absolutely no smoking inside. If you smoke outside, please do so 30 ft or more from any open doors or windows. Be courteous & clean up your butts & ash.
12. No animals of any kind allowed without registration. To protect guests with allergies.
13. Only TP in the toilets. Sanitary products, tissues, etc. should be placed in the trash.
14. Please put food waste in the trash. Contrary to popular belief, putting food down a disposal is not good for pipes. Please only put food scraps in the trash.
15. Please keep the doors locked when away. Though this is one of the safest places in town, we want to protect your belongings and ours during your stay.
16. Please turn off AC, lights, TVs, etc. when not in use. Mother nature thanks you for doing your part in conservation. Try windows and the screen doors for a nice breeze.
17. Trash Day. If you are here on a Tuesday night, please bring your trash and recycling to the bins at the bottom of the driveway. (Grey is trash, Blue is recycling, Green is yard)
18. Hot Tub & Pool. Children should be supervised at all times. We recommend using the pool and door alarms for added protection. Heating is available for an extra fee.
19. Cameras. There are security cameras on the property that monitor the exterior.
20. Fires. This is a dry, rural area. Please no fires or fireworks EVER.
