This Kima unit has a beautiful sought after 2 bedroom 2 bathroom gulf front condo. Enjoy the gulf view and flat screen tv from Madeira Beach Florida. The master has a king size bed and flat screen tv and private full bathroom with shower stall. Have access to the balcony that has a beach front view with lounge chairs and table. The sunsets from the unit are absolutely beautiful. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. Just off the second bedroom is a full guest bathroom. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen with a view of the ocean. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen and the kitchen is open to the dining area. Kima condos has some of the best views on the beach. The living area has a 42 inch flat screen TV and a leather sofa with two other chairs. Pastel colors and beach decor complete the unit. Wifi and a reserved parking space just adds to the amenities of this unit.

The building offers use of a swimming pool which is heated year round. There are lounge chairs available for use along with several picnic tables. An outside shower is available to wash any sand away before enjoying the pool. An advantage to Kima is the pool and patio area which offer a view of the ocean and sunsets every evening.

John's Pass Village is just a short walk away. You'll find shopping, dining and multiple water sport rental shops one mile down Gulf Boulevard. You can walk down to John's Pass from the beach side and enjoy dinner or a drink from one of the many restaurants and take Uber back to the condo, its fun! There are so many other things to do in the area or just relax on the beach.

We love Madeira Beach. We were so excited to stay at Kima 303. The condo was great - never than we expected. It was very clean. Communication and any accommodations were excellent. Within walking distance of some of our favorite restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was awesome. We were able to just sit outside and watch dolphins and sea birds! We would definately book again!

Remodel!

The condo itself was outdated and had to have someone come in an re clean it. The beach was ok, but there were no lounge chairs to sit on at the pool! Area was nice but the condo needs a complete Reno!

Beach stay

I had a wonderful time at this property. So light and bright, and the best view possible of the beach. I checked in at the end of December and the building was still being worked on due to the hurricanes but they made a lot of progress the month I was there. Regardless the unit was clean and well kept. No problems, but the owner was very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. I highly recommend.

It was fine

We've stayed at this property before. It was fine. Unit wasn't spotless, but was sufficiently clean. The unit is start to show its age and would benefit from updating. We had a good, relaxing time.

Beautiful Views but Outdated Room

First off I want to start by stating that the view on the property is beautiful. This was the only positive of the condo itself. When we walked into the condo on our first night we were taken aback with the condition - all except the living room. From the pictures in the listing you would expect an up to date condo with clean furnishings. We stayed in 404 & although the layout is the same as mentioned in the posting this unit was VERY outdated & not cleaned well at all. I contacted the host & he had me write the cleaners a list. The cleaners returned for less than an hour. The cleaning should’ve required way more than 1 hour to complete. There was a smell of must/mold in the condo. They put in a new filter which helped somewhat. The beds have no boxsprings & actually sag to the floor. They are really old & the bedding had stains on them. The bedding was supposed to be changed by the cleaners but was not. The fridge had a gob of hair in it. It was still there after the cleaners came. The stove was gross. The cleaners turned on the self cleaning mode. There was 2in worth of food & dust on the rails of my children’s bed. They did clean that. The one bed smelled of urine. The electrical outlet was exposed behind the twin bed with no cover. There was much more. The host didnt follow up after the cleaners & honestly after cleaning the condo myself I didnt matter. I didnt appreciate maintenance letting himself in without advance notice either. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Great location and clean beach. Condo was in a perfect location to enjoy John’s Pass, Treasure Island, Clearwater. Parking wasn’t the best everywhere, but given the timeframe, understandable. Walking distance to quite a few local bars/restaurants. Relaxing trip at the beach!

Nicely furnished and decorated. Needs to be thoroughly dusted throughout. Thick dust on most items on wall. Elevator does not function properly. Grandson got stuck in the elevator . Love the location

Decent place for family getaway

Condo was nice, and the location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to many restaurants that are delicious. Beach was pristine. Condo was alright. Could’ve been cleaned a bit better but overall not bad. The only negative was some of the furniture and mattresses are fairly aged. Could use some updating there but the price for the location was good.

Mostly it was a wonderful place to stay. The good: The condo is in a great location and is right on the beach. The sunsets are amazing and the balcony is perfect for watching them. The condo is well decorated for the beach and the furniture is comfortable. There are several good restaurants within walking and/or a short drive. The Not So Good: we had issues with the cleaning of both bathrooms. I relayed this info to the owner and he put me in touch with the cleaning supervisor who said she would address the issues. We were told that only the initial paper products would be provided...that's okay, but there was only one garbage bag and only one set of towels in each bathroom. We would have have supplied more of our own if we had known in advance. Also the AC never really got cool. We kept blinds closed, but that did not help. Thankfully the ceiling fans in the bedrooms are really good.

Great location!

We stayed at Kima for a week it was a great location and best value for direct beachfront. Convenient distance to restaurant’s and shops plus a cabana rental company on the beach in case you need chairs/umbrella. Nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and an outdoor bathroom as well.

Love the beachfront views. Condo was clean and had no issues aside from the elevator not working a couple of days (which is not the owners fault at all).

Great place Great Price!! Loved it!!

Check in was seamless, Charles was a great host. The unit was very clean and very nice, everything you would need! The view was magnificent and access to the beach was easy and the building was secure. Convenient unit parking. Would love to stay there again in the future, Charles was very accommodating, accessible and great to work with!! Eddie
