Polu (means blue in Hawaiian) Paradise is a Luxury condo located in sunny Poipu, Kauai at Pili Mai condo complex. One assigned parking space within close distance to main floor condo with A/C. Three bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests (2 California king beds, 4 twin size bunk beds). Laundry and full kitchen in unit. Surrounded by Kiahuna Golf course and amazing mountain views. Within walking distance to dining, shopping, and golfing. A short drive to several different beaches, all with free parking.

Pili Mai Condo Complex Amenities: Pool, Childrens Pool, hot tub, exercise room, gas bbq, all within close walking distance of the unit.

Just got back to Alaska from the most wonderful trip to Poipu. This condo was so wonderful. Perfect for our large group, 4 adults and 2 kids. They have all the things you need and then some! I cannot wait to go back!

Perfect place to stay In Kauai!

Beautiful big home, well maintained, extra stocked with everything you need. We felt pampered with all the extra touches. The beds were comfortable, plenty of rooms, large dining table and large couch in loving room and lovely furnished patio outside with a awesome view!!

Nice, Modern, and Roomy

This property was well-suited for our multi-generational family of eight. We appreciated the attention to detail such as plentiful beach gear and non-breakable kid dishes. The community pool is just a short walk away. This is a modern, well-equipped property within easy reach of most of the highlights of the south coast.

No complaints at all

This is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed at with a family. They truly had everything we needed from snorkel gear to beach chairs to boogie boards to toothbrushes. The location was also outstanding, less than a mile from Poipu. All questions were answered quickly, even though we only had one. I would love to stay here every time we are in Kauai. Mahalo!!!

Paradise

My family of 6 spent a week here. The condominium was perfect with 2 master suites and a room with bunk beds. The bunk beds were not great for my adult children but the facility could not be nicer. Plenty of space to cook dinner in the evenings and sit on the patio. We used the hot tub in the evenings and it was conveniently located for all of our excursions. I would stay again and highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful time and the owner was amazing. She answered all my questions promptly and was so incredibly helpful. We checked out of a place on the other end of the island and had several hours until we could check in here but they allowed us access to the garage and all the beach amenities (which are generous and good quality) and had their housekeeping staff set out towels for us so we could enjoy a beach day. The home is beautiful, clean, updated and well-equipped. I love that all of the bedrooms do not share walls with other bedrooms so we all felt that vacation privacy that we all want ;) The kind upstairs neighbors gave our grandson a bag of chicken feed so we could feed the chickens each day and so we spent a lot of time on the deck being entertained by them (the chickens). We would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing Family Time

We spent a wonderful time with our close friends - there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids and not feel overcrowded. The kids LOVED the bunk beds. The house had everything for everyone from babies to big kids including pool floats and life vests. Be sure to ask the host if they have something before you pack it. They probably do! Per our four-year-old, the best part was chasing chickens, but the close proximity to the pool was extremely convenient and gorgeous lanai was perfect for a quiet morning tea. Would love to come back for another visit!

Highly recommend!!

The pictures of this property don't accurately portray how beautiful this place is! The condo itself was spacious and comprehensive in amenities. Our group of eight had ages 15-77 and everyone was perfectly comfortable. The owners provided plenty of beach equipment including ebike rentals which we highly, highly recommend. Best way to see this particular location of Kauai. The resort is ideally located to beaches, dining, and shopping. Rich and Amy were attentive and generous hosts and responded to any questions we had within minutes. It was obvious they wanted to ensure we had a fun and memorable experience and WE DID!! We'll definitely stay here again!!

Your home away from home

If you are looking for your home away from home, this is it. Amy has thought of every little detail to make sure her guests are as comfortable and carefree as possible. We have stayed at many vrbo's over the last 20+years and I can say hands down this is the absolute best one we have stayed at. It is fully stocked with plenty of linens and towels, beach towels, beach/pool gear for you and the littles, anything and everything you may need in the kitchen, it was incredibly clean and the communication is stellar! Which is so hard to find in today's world. The pool was great, less than 2 minute walk from the condo, we never had any issues finding a place to sit, and everyone was very friendly. If I could rate this 10 stars, I would! Definitly going to book this unit for future Kauai trips!

Outstanding stay

We loved our stay here. You couldn't ask for better accommodations! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need, from beach towels to a wagon to pull everything in. Our daughter enjoyed the pool toys and the enormous pool and hot tub were great. We even used the outside BBQ's near the pool area to cook dinner a couple of nights. It is only a short drive to Poipu beach and other attractions. The location worked perfectly for our needs. Our hosts were extremely kind and attentive. We didn't have any needs because the condo was well stocked and it was easy to find everything. But they sent us occasional texts to see if we needed anything. I felt comfortable that if we had needed help with anything they would have supplied it without delay. I give them my highest recommendation!

Beautiful Poipu Condo

Perfect unit for our travel party of 8. The condo is beautiful and the online pictures don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed for the kitchen to prep meals for the 8 of us. Lots of little things that made this property better than any other rental we have stayed in (water bottles, lots of beach equipment). The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Poipu paradise

This is a beautiful condo. The cleanest we have ever stayed in. The best stocked we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything. From beach supplies to cooking supplies to bathroom essentials. It’s like staying at your aunt and uncles condo, (the aunt and uncle you actually like that are clean). Prior to the trip we had questions with covid restrictions, Amy and Rich were fast to respond. They live on the island so they know first hand all the good spots to eat, and see just refer to their blog they send. Amy also checked in several times during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if there were any questions about the area. It’s only a mile or so from Poipu beach where we watched turtles come in every night and whales jump in the distance. There are plenty of food options around. The unit has access to a beautiful pool and hot tub that is rarely crowed, unlike resorts you won’t find yourself getting up at 6am to reserve chairs. The property also has bbq grills to cook at home. Your condo has a designated parking spot less than 30ft from the front door. I would 100% recommend this to anyone coming to Poipu. Thank you for the great experience!
