Important Note: There will be repainting project of the building on July 7-27, 2027. There will be disruption (noise, paint/caulking door) and the lanai furniture will need to be inside until the work is completed. Use lanais are not recommended during painting hours (Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM) due to potential equipment movement, workers on the lanais and nearby ladders and/or scaffolding.

Important Note: The GCV pool decks are over due for renovation, which will include deck maintenance, a fresh coat of paint, and repairs and painting in the restrooms. To complete this work, each pool area will be closed temporarily according to the following schedule:

- Fairway Pool Area aka Pool #2: Closed October 13 – October 21
- Office Pool Area aka Pool #1: Closed December 2 – December 16
