Beautifully Updated Grand Champions 3 Bedroom Villa on Fairway with Ocean View

Truly a piece of paradise. We have visited this beautiful island for the past 25 years, and finally decided to invest in our own property. We've searched out the perfect place so that you don't have to! Located in the Grand Champions Villas, this condo/villa (#69) is situated on the Wailea Blue #2 Fairway, accompanied with an ocean view. We know you'll love the scenery as much as we do! With all of the kitchen amenities needed to cook a meal, or grab takeout from some of our favorite local restaurants, you can dine on the lanai while enjoying the incredible Maui sunsets each evening.

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. A/C in common area and bedrooms, free parking & wifi. Washer/Dryer, 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, beach equipment & beach towels provided for your enjoyment. Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance to an ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.

Updates include: Complete Bathroom Remodels in 2023! New paint throughout the condo, new trim, new carpet and blinds all completed in 2022! All new art work, living room furniture, master bedroom furniture, kitchen table & barstools, new twin mattresses in second bedroom, A/C installed in 3rd bedroom, 65" television in living room.

Absolutely adored staying at this villa - the beautiful view over the golf course, the peaceful location, having the pool and BBQ nearby, gorgeous decor in every room, a fully-equipped kitchen, made our trip-of-a-lifetime perfect!

Wonderful Time

We stay here with our two kids and grandparents. We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was centrally located within the facility (we had family staying in another condo nearby) and it was so easy to access both pools. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with. We absolutely would stay here again!

Several kitchen appliances did not work well including dishwasher, microwave doesn’t rotate, sink is awkward(disposal on wrong side), and trash can lid falls off all the time. Air conditioner in bedroom ( twin beds) comes on when not turned on and air in master doesn’t put out much cool air. The place needs better working appliances and new air conditioners and blinds in twin bedroom.

Excellent location in Wailea

This condo had everything that we needed. It was exactly as it was described in the listing.Perfect location to easily get to the beach, restaurants, and other day trips. The property was beautifully maintained with stunning trees, bushes, and flowers and both pools are just steps away from the front door. The golf course was a beautiful place to watch the sunset.

We were SO happy with our stay. Some minor hiccups but the host communicated so well and made sure everything was taken care of!! Everything was as described. Jackie relayed info before our stay and was always within reach during our stay whenever we had a question. We will def be back here. We even recommended to friends and family already.

When we had issues, hosts were quick to respond and resolve. My only suggestion would be to provide more of the staples; toilet paper and soap.

Beautiful spacious property overlooking the golf course with some ocean view. Provided everything needed. Just a pity the close-by pool area was a quiet zone. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Great property!

We come to wailea every year with our growing family and loved this place! It was close to everything we needed, the pool was great for kids, and the unit itself was well kept and large enough for all of us. We enjoyed our meals and sunsets on the lanai, and will look to visit on our trip next year!! The hosts were also incredibly helpful and accommodating to some requests we had for our kiddies ! Thanks for such a wonderful memory and trip!

Beautifully updated with nice amenities

Tastefully remodeled with AC units in all rooms. Master suite and bathroom are gorgeous. Lanai has looks out over the golf course with partial ocean views.

Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for nearly 30 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided this was the year to make the purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 3 bedroom, and also a 1 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here in the future. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the value, upkeep of the complex and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.

We also own a one bedroom/2 bath condo located in Grand Champions (167) (sleeps up to 4). Also located on the number 2 fairway, with same amazing course/ocean view). If you're ever looking for an extension for a larger group size.
