Following an 18 month renovation, The Court pairs nostalgic seaside charm with contemporary luxury just steps from the Gulf’s sugar white shoreline.

Each beautifully appointed Queen room opens to views of The Lawn, the property’s tranquil central garden, creating a private and peaceful escape in the heart of Seaside. Guests enjoy effortless access to the beach via the nearby Coleman Pavilion, located just a three minute stroll away, where a complimentary Cabana Man beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella is provided seasonally from March 1 through November 30.

Inside, the space balances coastal elegance with function, featuring a queen bed dressed in Peacock Alley linens, curated Serena and Lily furnishings, and a custom built in desk ideal for work or reflection. Morning coffee rituals are elevated with a Nespresso station, while a compact refrigerator and glassware make evening wind downs simple. The spa inspired private bath offers marble tile, a rainfall shower with wand, plush robes, and generous vanity space.

Modern amenities include a Samsung Smart TV, enhanced high speed Wi Fi with a dedicated booster, and upgraded soundproofing for uninterrupted relaxation. Step onto your private porch, complete with a custom hanging bed and cozy throw, perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine beneath the palms.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed.

Anniversary Getaway

We stayed at The Court for 3 nights to celebrate an anniversary. What a cute spot! The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Loved the private patio and the communication from the concierge was amazing. We were able to check-in early which was a bonus. The location is great - just around the corner from the heart of Seaside and all the shops and restaurants. Having chair service already booked for us was so nice as well. Highly recommend a stay the The Court!

There was no one to greet us and we couldn't get our key to work. FINALLY someone came to help. We were also supposed to receive a "Welcome Bag" which we never got.Once settled though, it was a great stay - super convienant! Wish the beds were at least a queen though... a full is a little small!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting houses/cottages at Seaside for 20+ years and had never stayed at the Court or it's previous iteration. For a couple, it's perfect - right in the center of town steps from the beach yet quiet. It's conveniently located right next to the Black Bear Cafe. Only two nitpicks: a few of the light switches were a bit confusing and the shower exhaust fan was rather loud. Best feature is how attentative the concierge staff was - even helped us park (which can sometimes be difficult in Seaside). They responded immediately whenever we had a need. If it is the two of us, we will definitely stay again. One exception: the per night prices vary quite a bit depending on when you are trying to book. I found that sometimes, an extended stay at the Court was more expensive than booking a small cottage. Good news, however, about the Court: two beach chairs and an umbrella were included and are not included with cottage stays.
