☆ Pet Policy: Got a furry friend? Bring them along for a $125 flat fee, to be paid at the time of booking. Just let us know when you book and follow these simple rules:

1. No pets on the furniture, pool, hot tub or trampoline.
2. Clean up after them.
3. Excessive damage and/or clean-up will result in additional fees.

☆ Pool Heating Information: ☆
Wondering about warming up your pool? Here's the lowdown on pool heating:

Cost: A $600 initial heating fee, plus an additional $200 for each night of your reservation.

☆ Requesting Pool Heating - 4 Easy Steps:

• Message us at least 3 days before check-in and express your interest in pool heating.
• We'll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment via Airbnb’s resolution center.
• Once you've made the payment, the pool heating kicks in! Keep in mind that weather conditions may influence your perception of the water temperature.

☆Frequently Asked Pool Questions☆:

• Why 3 days notice?
It takes 2-3 days (especially in the colder seasons) to get the water completely heated. We want it perfect when you arrive!

• Last-minute heating?
Possible, but the water still needs at least 24 hours to reach temperature. Short stays may not see full heating before check-out.

• Can I turn on the heater myself?
Nope! It's a Wi-Fi-operated system under our control. Any attempt to tamper will be flagged, and there's a $500 fine for touching without authorization.

• Requesting heating during your stay?
Absolutely! But remember, it won't be instant, the water still often needs 2 days to reach temperature. Pay the initial fee plus $200/night for the remaining stay.

• Can I heat the pool as I go?
Unfortunately not. Heating is on a per-stay basis, not a daily option. It's either for the entire stay or not at all.

• Refunds for unused heating?
Sorry, no refunds. Once the heater is running, the cost is incurred, whether the pool is used or not.
