POINT D'OBSERVATION - Expérience de location unique à 5 minutes de

Unité de dernier étage de belle nouvelle construction contemporaine. Le bâtiment a trois unités. Seules les unités Riverwalk et unité d'observation du dernier étage sont louées séparément. L'unité inférieure sera incluse si une partie loue les deux unités. Point d'observation a des vues spectaculaires à 360 degrés de Zion. Cuisine complète et buanderie. 2 chambres chacune avec propre télévision à écran plat et 2 salles de bains. 2 lits de repos suspendus (taille double) balancent que vous prenez dans les vues à couper le souffle. Passez la journée à faire de la randonnée et revenez au confort des lits surmontés de plumes et des couettes en duvet. S'endormir en écoutant le bruit de la rivière. Séparez le spa et le patio Bullfrog avec un barbecue. Détendez-vous dans des chaises suspendues sur votre terrasse privée suspendue au-dessus de la rivière Virgin. La navette s'arrête à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. À quelques minutes des fantastiques restaurants et boutiques de Springdale. Dos sur le magnifique parc et les sentiers de randonnée. Louer Point d'observation pour jusqu'à 6 personnes ou louer l'ensemble du bâtiment pour des retraites et des réunions. Point d'observation n'est pas adapté pour les petits enfants. Limite d'âge 13 ans et plus.

Room to Relax, Views to Remember

Our family of six (three couples) stayed at Observation Point for six nights. Tori was a great host—she met us at check-in, gave a quick tour, and was responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable: jaw-dropping views from both the front and back of the home, walkable to restaurants, steps from the shuttle, and right on the river. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the river (a deer even walked by one afternoon) and exploring the peaceful trails just across the bridge next to the property. The home’s layout gave each couple their own floor, which made it feel private and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable with plush mattresses, soft pillows, and hotel-quality linens. We appreciated the generous supply of towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and thoughtful extras like games.The home felt more lived-in than other rentals we've stayed in, with cabinets containing miscellaneous items. A few improvements could take this home to the next level. Kitchenware was mismatched and heavily used, rugs were frayed and worn, the living room couch was stained, and the outdoor furniture also showed signs of wear. One of the hanging chairs broke while someone was sitting in it (fortunately, no injuries). The pantry full of items leaving no space for our groceries. Several outdoor pots had dead plants which made the outdoor area feel a bit neglected.Still, the home’s charm, space, and location made for a memorable Zion experience.

Best views

We came for a wedding in Rockville. This property served our needs. The views of the mountains and Virgin River were breathtaking. Most restaurants & shops were close by & within walking distance. The host, Tori, was fantastic. She was easy to work with & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous House in Springdale, Utah

Very nicely appointed house in Springdale on the main drag close to city shuttle stop 7. The hiking right across the river is beautiful, and Zion Park is a 10 minute ride on the shuttle. This place is comfortable, clean, and luxurious by our standards. Also has a functioning outdoor Jacuzzi we enjoyed. Big windows and great views from the house.

Zion Hikes

Great location for our hikes of the Narrows, West rim trail and Taylor creek trail . We used the Springdale bus stop # 7 just steps from the home for two of our hikes. Thanks to Tori for making our stay easy.

Gorgeous Home and Convenient Location

Our family of seven adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Observation Point. The home was a relaxing place to stay and land after a busy and full day in Zion and the surrounding area. Both inside and outside of the property have plenty of spaces to spread out as well as have together time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hostess was quick to answer any of our questions and also gave some sightseeing tips. The town shuttle is just a few steps from the house making it super easy to catch. It is also one of the first stops into town so we never had to worry about having enough space on the shuttle for our crew.

Great Property for a Zion Visit!

Great house with plenty of space and all of the amenities. It’s very conveniently located. We enjoyed being able to catch the shuttle right by the house and get anywhere we needed in town as well as going to Zion. The hot tubs were excellent after hiking! We would recommend the property and would stay there again ourselves.

Contemporary oasis with Style

This property was wonderful. Stayed here with our adult son and his girlfriend- there was plenty of room for 10 or more people. 3 somewhat “separate” “apartments each with bathrooms, laundry and kitchens. Central areas were super comfortable. We enjoyed local hikes, the shuttle into Zion and especially stargazing from the decks and telescopes. An experience to always remember and come back to!!

Fantastic House, Fantastic Location

This house is incredible. Great location—close to the park and right on the river. I loved hiking in the morning just before sunrise (right behind the house). Tori communicated well and made sure we were good to go! I'd for sure stay here again!

A great place to relax with friends after long days in the park

We stayed here for a guy’s trip to hike in Zion. We also used the house as a basecamp to hike Kanarra Falls and Bryce Canyon. It is a large, clean, well-equipped house very near the park. We spent evenings recuperating out on the back deck overlooking the Virgin River. It’s a beautiful house with beautiful views. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay that is awesome and close to the park.

Great location and accommodations

We enjoyed the house, which allowed each couple to enjoy their own floor, and the location was excellent for Zion National Park and convenient for other exploration, including Bryce, Canyon Overlook, and Kolob Canyon. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

Stunning!

Toris' house is without doubt one of the nicer VRBOs you will find. The location is excellent, the back decks(s) with the Virgin River is amazing, the house itself is extremely comfortable (best mattresses ever in a VRBO!), multiple laundry rooms, etc. I can go on. Tori was also very responsive to questions we had, and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you, and we will be back!

5 Day Getaway

We had a group of ladies stay at this amazing property. Property was perfect with plenty of space, clean, the view of the river and nature sounds were perfect. Close to the main street and shuttle to all activates which made getting around carefree. The property is right off the main road next to a well-stocked gas station for convenience. The property is tucked away with privacy, without any issues with noise or distraction. The host, Tori was amazing, answering promptly with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property and will book this again next year.

Incredible stay near Zion National Park!

This is a wonderful house and perfect for a group of friends or families since there are so many bedrooms and bathrooms! A wonderful deck right on the river with incredible views. The location is great--we walked to a different restaurant for dinner each night, strolled the path along the river, and picked up the free shuttle for Zion right outside the house. Truly wonderful in every respect. We'll be back!

Love everything Zion! We had owned the land for the past eight years and with the help of an amazing architect and builder this building was created. Dave and Tori enjoy helping guests enjoy all this beautiful canyon has to offer.
