The house is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings as of June 2021. The expansive dining room comfortably seats 12 people and allows plenty of room for large gatherings. The game room, with pool table and 75" TV, provides enough space for everyone. There is a sitting room with four stuffed chairs and a living room with couch and loveseat. If that isn't enough, there is an enclosed back porch with wicker furniture set and a front porch complete with 6 rocking chairs to enjoy the view of horse and buggies clip-clopping along the front of this beautiful home. 
The home comfortably sleeps 12 with room for 14 people when using a trundle and pull out couch. The master suite is on the first level with a king sized bed and it's own dedicated full bath with walk-in shower. Two of the upstairs large queen bedrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The oversized upstairs bedroom at the front of the home has two queen sized beds and a private balcony. The "bunk room" provides a bunk bed with trundle and two large closets to sleep three extra quests. There is an additional full bath on the second floor that has just been completely updated. 
The expansive yard has beautiful gardens, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, egg swing chairs and a traditional tree swing  in the back yard to enjoy the gorgeous views. The home is situated between Maria Sanchez Lake and Matanzas River Bay, both offering incredible views. Relax in one of the six rocking chairs on the front porch as you watch the horse and buggies clip-clop past the front of your home away from home. Spend time on the peaceful enclosed rear porch with oversized windows and western view for amazing sunsets. This home will be your new happy place! 
You will have sole access to the entire house, property, and driveway, with the exception of the cottage and cottage patio which is located on the side of the property. Guests will be provided with a code for keyless entry a day before check-in. Here's the stuff we hate to say, but have to: Only the people specified in the booking are allowed on the property. There will be NO events, gatherings, parties or visitors on the property without the expressed written consent of the owners. This is not a party house! Any disruptions or other disregard of these terms will void the rental and immediate eviction will be enforced. There is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property and doing so will result in a $500 fee and removal from the property. Quiet hours are after 10pm and will be strictly enforced. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we have a great deal of respect for our neighbors. Pets are strictly prohibited. We love animals however, 140+ year old floors and pets don't mix. No fireworks at any time, this includes July 4th and December 31st.
