This home is in a charming neighborhood of historic makeovers, brand new modern homes and homes that have stayed exactly the same for years as they are passed down in the family. You are a very short walk to downtown and St George Street with all the shops and restaurants. Fabulous place to watch the Nights of Lights which is everyone`s favorite time of year, mid November until end of January.

This home has 4 spaces for cars to park off street so you can bring a car, however it is totally walkable to everything downtown. Just over the bridge you will find Anastasia Island where you will enjoy our beautiful beaches. Downtown also has horse and buggy rides, red trolly and green trolly which take you to places downtown and also one of them will take you to the island.

While parking spaces downtown may be few and far between, at Cobalt Cottage you will find room to park 4 cars tandem on the side of the house. Also, the proximity to St George Street (please check it out), the marina and everything downtown is all within walking distance of this charming home.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
