Enjoy a prime location with easy access to the best of Waikiki! Easy access to the Hawaii Convention Center, the boutiques and eateries of Kalakaua Avenue, and the Ala Moana Center. Iolani Palace, the Diamond Head State Monument, and the Honolulu Zoo are also close by.

There is valet parking at the building that charges ~$40 per day (paid onsite) with IN and OUT privileges.

Checkout instructions below:
Before you leave, please:
turn off appliances,
turn off the AC and lights,
close and lock all windows and doors,
leave keycards on entryway table.
Minimum age of Guardian 23 years old
Guests agree to $300 Refundable Incidentals Fee
Quiet hours 10 p.m.-8 a.m.

Airbnb Services are not permitted on the property. All unregistered guests including service providers are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of stay without refund. All building traffic is monitored by building staff.

CHECK IN: For building security purposes, guests are required to fill out building required Guest Emergency Data sheet. Guests must fill this out upon booking. I will share this with you via Docusign to your email that you provide to me. Lost key cards, room lockouts, any request to unlock the room from the front desk will incur $35USD + taxes paid directly to the front desk. This must be settled with the front desk -- unsettled fees with the front desk will incur $50 service charge plus unsettled fees. Dead door battery lock outs are excluded from the charge (I will take care of that).

Guests accept and understand that there will be occasional maintenance, including around the building and building amenities (e.g. plumbing, window washing, pool, gym, elevators).

Guests must follow all Luana Waikiki Building House Rules. All fines incurred for violation of Luana Waikiki House Rules will be the responsibility of the guest.

No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, hookah, weed pens, etc.) inside and on balcony. No parties allowed.

Please do not rearrange furniture. Please refrain from opening windows and use the AC/fan instead.

Violation of house rules will result in immediate termination/eviction of the stay without refund.

Guests accept and understand that messages/requests sent between 8pm-6am HT may not be responded to until the next morning (sorry, I might be sleeping! If you know you will need to contact me between that time, please give me advance notice via Airbnb app, and I will try my best to accommodate you). If you are planning to check in between 8pm-6am HT, please let me know at least 1 day in advance via Airbnb app, so I can assist you should there be any issues.
