We used this rental as a base to take day trips - snorkeling, swimming, hiking etc. it worked very well for our family. The included parking space was convenient as we had a car and frequently took day trips. We had enough room, although the futon was slightly small for our teen daughter. Overall we would stay here again! Mahalo.
Easy to check in, with great directions. We had an awesome time in the unit. Close to the beach and close to the zoo. Had everything we needed to be comfortable on our stay.
Location! Location! Location! This place is close to everything from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The owner is awesome and quick to respond to any needs I had.
Very comfortable and spacious unit on quiet floor. Updated and functional kitchenette with full size fridge were very nice to have.
All that I needed was there: pots, pans, dishes, utensils, microwave etc. and was clean and safe to use.
Bed was comfortable.
Parking spot was big and conveniently located in the same building, which was nice and safe and with 2 elevators.
Location is perfect. Literally 3 minutes away from Kuhio Beach and 5 minutes away from the International Market. Just minutes away from everything to the point that a car is almost not needed. One could walk to places or rent a scooter and be fine.
Brad and Lee were an absolute pleasure to work with.
Overall I had a great stay and Iâd definitely book this property again. Highly recommend!
Perfect location and property manager communicated very well. Minor issue regarding a musty smell from the kitchen cupboard. Central location a tourist to find anything he needs, from food truck, public transport etc.
The apartment was great. I had my family of 5 there and the space was just enough. We couldn't ask for a better location...5 min walk to the beach and all the best restaurants!
Only "complaint," if you could call it that, was there were a few ants, but nothing too crazy.

Great stay!
Great location and the unit was breezy and pleasant. Brad and Lee, the local agent, were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay there.
The apartment was very comfortable and within walking distance of the beach, grocery stores, shops and eateries. One thing we especially liked was the well-equipped kitchen. We made breakfasts daily for our entire family and even made a meal. All in all, it was a very good place to be in.

The management responded quickly when we had a request: non functioning AC, and fixed it. Overall very happy!
My wife and myself have been going to Waikiki for some 25 years so we are very familiar with the area. This property was built as a hotel and has been converted in the past to 100% privately owned condos. With our $.75 Canadian dollar, price was a big factor when we booked. The building is very conveniently located on Kuhio. It is secure with 24hr personnel onsite. The Pink Line trolley stops a block away. For $2.00 you can ride all the way to Ala Moana Beach State park. Well worth the round trip tour of Waikiki for 1st timers. The Food Pantry is just two blocks away. Convenient as it is the only full scale food supermarket in Waikiki. There are still a few $4.95 breakfast special restaurants that are a short walk as well. Waikiki beach is five minutes or three blocks away. The pool is fully in the sun from about 09:30 till 15:30. The common area for it's age is modern and in excellent repair. No additional charge for onsite parking is a huge plus. On average, car parking at Waikiki properties is either non existent or $35.00+ a day so if you are shopping for accommodations, pay particular attention to parking costs AND their respective "restrictions" as well. As to the suite itself, though cleanliness and state of repair are acceptable, the condo does require a face lift. It is carpeted, the logic of which I question as there is a musty odour to the suite that lingers due to the consistent tropical levels of humidity. Additionally, a greater attention to detail on general maintenance items like recessed lighting tiles that are not taped together after having been broken and cable T.V. cables that are not stapled to the walls would greatly improve the general appearance of the suite. Our son and his fiance stayed in a different suite at the same building. Their unit has been brought up to a more recent standard of decor and by comparison, was far more attractive. Cable TV and High Speed DSL internet are provided. Bring your media streaming box. The modem/router is accessible for Ethernet or WiFi connectivity and can be seen down at the pool deck for you data hungry social media browsers. The bunk bed in the bedroom is interesting and is no doubt targeting families with smaller children. For the price, the unit was perfectly acceptable. If your expectations are focused on an affordably priced, centrally located accommodation at a safe and secure property then you will not be disappointed. The pluses very much out weigh the cons. I stayed by myself and had a good stay. The unit was clean and well maintained. The sleeping arrangements are limiting with bunk beds if you were a couple. The decor is a bit dated but very clean. Brad is an excellent communicator and directions were very clear regarding check in/out The secure building is very safe welcoming and clean. I would recommend this place without hesitation!
The rental was a wonderful experience and communication with the owner was exceptional. Everything was clean, well maintained and extremely convenient for all of my Waikiki activities! I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this unit for 1 week in mid August
Overall, we had a very nice stay. We are glad we rented this unit and we will return again.
This is not a luxury unit and is certainly compact, but given the practical needs of a family, we ended up enjoying our stay here more than our stay at the two bigger resorts in Waikiki. We pretty much found what we needed in the unit and that saves time...and time is the most precious commodity when going on vacation.
A few comments:
Living area has a full kitchen. Kitchen has good quality pots and pans, utensils, plates etc.
The 2 electric burners work well and heat up fast. Unit also has a microwave, a toaster oven (very handy) and a rice cooker (which we did not use). Everything is there you need to make a nice quick meal for the family in case you are not inclined to eat out and deal with high priced food and long lines.
Bedroom has a solid bunk bed...perfect for kids. Bedroom was fully stocked with sheets, pillows etc. Check the closet for beach chairs, umbrellas that previous guests had left behind.
Bathroom was nice and clean. Hot water was always available in the shower. If nothing else, the hot water was a little strong and the knob was a little sensitive, so be careful when the kids take a shower. Water pressure was excellent.
Future guests should definitely check all the cabinets...you'll might be pleasantly surprised to find something you thought you needed and were perhaps planning to buy.
Parking is well priced. Space is on the 4th floor and visible from the unit.
Pool looks small but is actually bigger than some 5 star hotel pools (as we later found out).
Waikiki beach is 2 short blocks from the unit...a 5 minute walk with 2 kids in tow.
Sofabed was a little lumpy at first, but I slept like a log on it. I suppose relaxing on a beach wears you out at the end of the day :)
Minor issues:
Wish housekeeping provided more bath towels. We only got 2 new ones every 3 days.
Need some more and newer kitchen knives. The Santoku knife was getting dull and we did not see a sharpener. Some larger stronger pillows would be nice. The ones I slept on were too small.
For us, it was wake up, shower, eat a quick breakfast and be in the car on the way to the beach in less than an hour. Come back, wash up, eat dinner and head out and see the wonderful lights, people and energy of Waikiki at night. This was our routine and this unit allowed us to practice it every day...we had a very nice time.
Very accessible - bus stop in front of condo; close to Waikiki beach and shopping areas for a good price; unit is furnished including beach gear; our family had a good stay...and will recommend this to family and friends who will visit Hawaii
Perfect location in Waikiki--close enough to everything, but far enough away to be out of the congestion and noise. Owner and agent easy to work with and very responsive. Loved having a reserved parking space in Waikiki included! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.
