Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for choosing to stay with us. We're sorry the pool didn't meet your expectations. It's a standard residential-size pool, and we do our best to represent it accurately in the listing photos so guests know what to expect before booking. We're always glad to answer any questions about the home ahead of a stay. Regarding the beach, we completely understand — and we appreciate the note, as it helps us describe the walk even more clearly for future guests. The property's exact address is provided at the time of booking so guests can map the distance in advance. As for the bites, we're truly sorry your son was uncomfortable — that's never how anyone wants a vacation to go. As with any beachfront home in Florida, the occasional insect is part of the coastal environment, but we take pest control seriously and will happily have the property checked to make sure everything is in good order. We'd love the chance to host your family again and show you an even better stay.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review. The nest does have an eco mode that has been turned off so these problems should not continue. We will look to see whats going on with the second bathroom. We appreciate you reporting these items to us. Thank you again and we hope to see you soon.

Hi Carlett, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and to provide feedback. Its a nest thermostat that goes into ecomode when it doesnt sense movement in the house, Im afraid this is what happened as we do not control this thermostat. I apologize that those two items were not cleaned, we would have been happy to return and make it right. We hope we have another opportunity to host you again.

Thank you, Douglas, for such a detailed and thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that Dancing Crab was a great fit for your family and that the pool and putting green kept the little ones happily entertained. We’re glad we could quickly replace the hairdryer and vacuum for you — your comfort is important to us. We appreciate your feedback about the pool gate and will address it to ensure safety is top-notch. It sounds like the location worked well for your needs, whether walking or driving. We hope to welcome you and your family back for another wonderful stay soon!
