Lovely stay!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and we appreciated that we were able to snag an early check-in. The location was perfect, we got a ton of use out of the pool, the beds were super comfortable, and the golf cart was a fun bonus! I would definitely do another family beach trip to this location again. Thanks for the hospitality, quick communication, and pleasant vacation experience!

Perfect Family Home

We had such a great time at this vacation house! It was perfectly clean when we arrived, the beautiful kitchen had lots of pots and pans and utensils needed, and the kids loved the pool. The golf cart was the icing on the cake. Also took us about 10 mins toting two small kids to the beach, perfect location. We would stay here again in a heart beat! My only suggestion is more places in the bathroom to hang towels. We truly loved it, and Barry and Alisha let us check in early which was amazing. 10/10!!

A wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this property. The house was very spacious and fully equipped, we weren’t missing anything. The backyard was exceptional with a heated inground pool, barbecue and lounge chairs. The location was Half a block away from the beach, so definitely walkable and all the beach toys, chairs and umbrella were available to us. There was also a golf cart available for use. The hosts were great! They made sure we had all the info we needed. Will definitely go back. We loved it!

Great Beach Vacation Spot!

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a long weekend with friends but would definitely consider coming back with the whole family. The cottage is spacious, clean, fully updated, beautiful and beachy on the inside. The backyard is private with a lovely heated pool. Beach access is a short walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need. Cottage also stocked with plenty of towels, beach and pool gear.

Clean and Cozy

This house was spectacular it had everything we needed plus extra’s that we didn’t get to use. Five stars! The attention to details was absolutely amazing. Friendly host, easy access, fantastic amenities, spacious and most importantly very clean. Perfect for our family’s needs during our granddaughter’s graduation weekend. This house had it all! I was overly impressed with the amount of essentials provided for trips to the beach and even floaties for the little one in the pool. This was a tremendous help for travelers who fly in like we did. The cleanliness of the house was excellent. The location to the beach was about a block and a half away to a walk on access, a little further to a parking acess but not out of the way. The neighborhood was clean and we felt very safe. The house was a great location in comparison to all the surrounding cities in the area to provide many things to see and do.

Fantastic house and location!

This house was perfect for vacation for our family of five. Very clean, well stocked, and just a beautiful house! It was wonderful to have the pool, which we used almost daily! Fantastic location in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the golf cart to make quick trips to stores and restaurants, and to take supplies to the beach. We never had any trouble finding parking at the beach. The house is located in a very central location, close to Clearwater, Tampa, and St Petersburg. We enjoyed exploring the area! We would absolutely rent this house again!

Beautiful home in restful neighborhood

The home was very comfortable. The pool was sparkling and we were visited daily by the wonderful birds in the nature preserve that the property backs up to. The property owners allowed us to check in early. The golf cart was a hit with my SIL. He drove it everywhere. The ONLY recommendation I would give is for blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that. It was a great vacation home to spend a week with your family.

Wonderful house and location

Our family spent 12 days at this Indian Rocks Beach home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, the beach and nearby pickleball courts. We also enjoyed walking through the Nature Preserve. The home is very comfortable and worked well. The kitchen was well designed and well stocked, something you do not find in all rental homes. We especially enjoyed the pool and the golf cart. Those were great additions. Thank you so much for allowing our family and furry friends to enjoy your home. All the best to you!

All the bells and whistles!

From before we even left for our vacation the host Alisha sent us suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. The check in process was seamless! And then the house, it is amazing but the outdoor space is spectacular. The description doesn't do it justice. It has everything that you could ever think you would need, baby gear, beach sand toys, a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, FULLY stocked kitchen from baking sheets and Pyrex to corn holders and basting brushes oh and a fancy Kuerig that brewer a pot or a cup. We really felt like we were at home for the week. Safe to say best family vacation!

Amazing house!

We loved this house. It is stocked with everything you need - both in the house and at the pool or beach. There are chairs, a beach wagon, floats, umbrellas, towels, lots of kitchen gadgets, etc, etc. Having the golf cart to use was absolutely the best. Easy parking and easy to get around. It has seatbelts so we were very comfortable even with a toddler with us. Nice open layout. Awesome pool. Great communication from property owners. Great location - convenient to everything. We definitely plan to return!

Exceeded our Expectations!

This property was PERFECT! The pool is even prettier in person and we all loved the outdoor shower. The house was so clean (way cleaner than other dog-friendly rentals we have stayed in in the past). It was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The furniture was updated and very comfortable. A highlight for our kids was the golf cart- it was a blast scooting around town, driving to dinner, getting ice cream, etc without having to take the car. It was an easy, short walk to the beach (although we took the golf cart most days). We got lucky with golf cart parking spaces almost always available. We had a great time and plan on staying here again in the future. Indian Rocks Beach is a gem and this house was an ideal place to stay.

The pool toys were a mess and dirty, we were only able to use one floaty. The garage was also a mess and disorganized, we didn't know what we could use or not use. The golf cart was a life saver.. Everything else was good we enjoyed our stay

According to Coastal Living Magazine, Indian Rocks Beach is the #2 best and most romantic beach destination in the US! Mouthwatering local cuisine with a very laid-back old beach town feels. You won't find bar fights here in this family friendly town. Everyone here is looking to enjoy every moment of every day.

Boarded by the intercoastal waterway on the eat and the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Indian Rocks Beach offers 3 miles of white sand beaches with 27 beach access points along Gulf Blvd.

One of the best things about staying here is the neighborhood. If you aren't familiar with Indian Rocks beach, be prepared to enjoy the ABSOLUTE COOLEST BEACH COMMUNITY in Florida. IT has a spectacular beach but the attitude and vibe are palpable. With only one large hotel, the beach has retained it's "old beach town" feel. With mostly cottages and very few multistory condos nothing about it fells like a tourist destination. Loaded with local restaurants, this is the uber cool, laid-back beach town. And what to "take it up a notch" for a night it’s a 5-minute trip to Clearwater Beach via car or take our Famous Trolley for a safe drinking night. There are plenty of places to visit, restaurants to experience and bars to enjoy for a lifetime of enjoyment. You won't want to leave and most certainly will want to come back.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We include a 6-passenger golf cart for FREE! Having a golf cart is a GAME CHANGER! It’s wonderful for going back and forth to the beach for the below reasons:
1. There is a dedicated FREE golf cart parking at almost all of the 27 beach entrances in IRB. The parking for cars at all but on of the beach entrances in Indian Rocks Beach is for residents only. The one parking lot that is for the public is very hard to get a spot there after 10:30 or 11:00 am and you could never leave and come back in one day and get a spot. With the golf cart you can go back and forth all day long even at sunset.
2. It is awesome for loading your gear easily and hauling the family back and forth to the beach.
3. The 3rd row folds down to a cargo bed. It goes about 20 miles an hour, is street legal, and perfect for going to restaurants and bars as well.
