As the unit is somewhat higher than the other units at the beachfront, there is not a super view of the ocean like from the other units

The first unit (Salty Shores) was very nice! It was clean and in great condition. However, about 6 days into our stay the unit next store started a renovation project! But, Kevin was very helpful and was able to move us to an equally as nice unit.Sea Gem was also very nice, clean, in great condition. Had a nice patio. We would recommend Stubbs and will use them again if we stay the area.

Interior is spacious, yet compact, cheerful & relaxing colors. Bathrooms plenty of counter space. Great shower. Ample closets. Kitchen appliances and wash dryer great. Kitchen well outfitted. We did lengthy ocean walks everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. Beach is fantastic. Lots of reading and podcast listening. Unwind, reflect, heal, re-charge! Walk from car to condo, easy. Walk to beach includes 80+ stairs, easier than it looks or sounds!

Wonderful Stay

We were ready to move in!! Had a wonderful time! Restaurants, galleries, shops within walking distance. The beach right there!! It exceeded our expectations!! My only complaint was they gave you enough shampoo for one to two washes. We were there 2 weeks!! Plus they only provide 1 paper towel roll. Lastly, they charge you for cleaning, yet they make you clean up on your vacation!! We drove here and could have brought these supplies if they would have told us. If you are flying, and you stay anywhere, they provide shampoo/ conditioner. I had tons at home. We had to use soap for our hair… The TV is meant to provide sound throughout the condo. Would have been great for music. Didn’t work. So all you can watch is Netflix. We have it at home so nothing special there. Minus those few qualms, the realtor company Stubbs we’re great! Anything we needed, they took care of quickly! So bring shampoo, buy paper towels and enjoy this adorable condo that provides everything else!!

Thank you for your review, Coral! Our contract does state that guests are provided a starter set of paper products and amenities, but we have moved that clause to be more prominent for future guests. The owners checked the TV and everything is in working order. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to hosting you again soon.
