We had an unexpected visit from the property manager to check on the a/c. We let him know that the Kuerig was not working and he went and got us Starbucks and then surprised us with delicious tamales. When we got back later that day the Kuerig had been replaced with a new one. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
