This is a one a kind Designer decorated NEWLY BUILT 2BR/2BTH Townhouse which is WALKING distance from Universal! Nothing else like this exists on the market in terms of quality AND location to Universal & also Hollywood which is only 6 minutes away! This location is one of the few in LA that doesn't need a car although you do have a private garage for parking. High end furniture, design, and bedding make this the place for the pickiest of guests.

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at this location for Universal Studios. Shawn made sure to keep in touch and check in that we had everything we needed. It was very closely located to Universal Studios and walkable for my family. The townhouse was very clean and exactly as pictured. The check-in/check-out instructions were very straightforward and easy. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It was chosen because of walking distance to Universal studios. The Host is great & responsive. The rental is clean & well stocked. Would stay again when visiting Universal.

My stay at Shawn’s place was fantastic! From start to finish, shawn was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. The check-in process was seamless, and the home was even better than the photos. I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket. shawn went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. LA Vacation

The site was very clean and exactly as portrayed on VRBO. It’s amazingly close to Universal Studios, a huge plus. We were very comfortable there and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place near the park!

Beautiful place near Universal

The unit was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with kitchen supplies. The host was responsive and helpful. About a 15 minute walk to Universal. Perfect location for a family vacation.

The Voice

I won tickets to The live taping of The Voice. Wanted to stay near Universal Studios. This beautiful townhouse was a 2 minute drive. Downside is it is own a main street that is commercial. Street noise, especially motorcycles.Otherwise the property is A. Would definitely choose again. Property Manager A.

Perfect Place

We loved this place. Started with prompt and frequent communication. Check in instructions were easy to follow and check in was really easy. It was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Loved the floor plan with kitchen and living room on main floor and bedrooms upstairs. Loved that it had a garage. We stayed here to visit Universal Studios and we thought it was an easy walk there and back.

Perfect place for a family trip to Universal Studios.

Our family of five stayed here in April for three nights. The host was very accommodating and the instructions to get in were very clear which we appreciated. It was so wonderful having a garage to park our car and although we didn’t take advantage of walking to universal due to the weather, we certainly could have if we wanted to. House is very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable even the bed/couch in the living room wasn’t too bad to sleep on. There is a lot of noise that comes from traffic just outside, however when the doors are closed, it’s not too bad at all. The AC in the house works great to keep you cool. All in all it was a great experience, we would stay again.

Hollywood Gem !

For the picky traveler.. this is the place for you!Property was exceptionally clean, spacious and well stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. My family of four slept very well, made great meals in the spacious kitchen, and had more than enough room in this 2 bed / 2 1/2 bath , 2 story townhouse! Access to Universal Studios could not be easier. Walk, uber or drive in minutes. Left our car in secured garage for most of the trip. Ample selection of places to eat right outside your door as well as grocery store and pharmacy. Our host Shawn kept in touch through the entire booking. Checked in prior to arrival with all info we would need for easy check in, checked in after settling in to the property to make sure we had all we needed and if we had any questions about the area or things to do and finally checked in prior to our check out to make sure our stay was as expected and if we had any recommendations for improvements. I tried to come up with something but honestly could not . Thank you for a wonderful, stress free stay Shawn!-Obi family

Universal vacation

The place was amazing. It was our first trip to Universal studios and staying there just made it that much more of a great trip. Beautiful house all amenities and exactly as site said it was. Will definitely use them again on our next family vacation.

Great place and location!

The place was perfect for my husband, my daughter, and her friend. Everyone had their own space and privacy. We took an Uber to Universal which was quick and then at the end of the day were able to walk back from the park. There was also a French bakery down the street which had amazing pastries for breakfast.

It was very close to Universal Studios Hollywood.LALuxuryBNB and their team were the ultimate property management team for our vacation rental stay! Everything as stated

Everything was great! Location was perfect to Universal Studios. We parked in the garage with a Tahoe and left it there the entire weekend. House was as pictured and listed. We had 5 and it was the perfect amount of space. Communication with Shawn and his team was super easy. Check in was easy, check out was even easier. I have no complaints! We will look at staying again in the future!

Perfect for our family

Our stay was a great one. We were conveniently located close to everything we needed (food, supermarket, Universal, etc.) This is in close proximity to Universal studios, you could actually walk there if you want. It was easy to get on the freeway to other destinations as well. Our host Shawn was very helpful with answering questions. We had everything that we needed for our family of 4 to have a comfortable stay. The area was also very quiet and having parking was an added bonus for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Theme Park Vacation

Perfect location, close to Universal theme park. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Within close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores and anything needed while you’re away from home. Parking on premises is a huge plus! Would definitely stay again :) Shawn and team were great with communication and were super helpful with all of our needs.

Perfect location!

We stayed 4 nights at this property. It was well equipped with all the necessary items! Super close to universal studio (we still drove, despite others saying it was walking distance- we didn’t find it to be quite walking distance with kids and especially not after a day at the theme park!). It was myself, husband and three kids. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. It wasn’t terribly uncomfortable but the unit probably is better suited for 4 rather than 5. Beds were extremely comfy! Parking was a dream in LA! We would definitely stay there again.
