Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space
This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Austin has to offer. It is located a short 17 minute drive (depending on traffic) to downtown and the UT campus. Additionally, you will enjoy being close to the Domain and Arboreteum shopping areas. The lake is a short 17 minute drive as well. For your convenience, there are numerous grocery stores (HEB, Randall's), and pharmacy options nearby. We are pet friendly and pet charges do apply.

Host was very commutative. Check in and check out we’re both very easy. Beds and rooms were comfortable! The parking was a bit tight for 2 cars but that’s the only thing I can think of! Overall, great stay.

Renter BEWARE! We arrived at this property and it was disgusting. At the entrance of the property there were 3 old mattresses with urine stains on them leaned against a metal outbuilding. We left our bags in our car and walked through the property their were dead bugs on the floor and windowsill and upstairs there were soft spots in the flooring when you stepped down and cheap laminate improperly installed so there were large gaps that would probably pinch your feet if stepped upon in the middle of the night. And there was even feces or blood on the switch plate in the downstairs bathroom. We called VRBO and they contacted the host who offered to send someone to clean but if they did such a bad job the last time we did not trust them to do better and we also did not feel safe there. So the host would not give us a refund even though I said I would agree to pay for one night even though we did not stay and only walked in the facility long enough to take photos. I have reported this host to Austin Code Enforcement and the Health Department do yourself a favor and book a hotel instead!

The host got back to us in a timely manner. I was appreciative they also let us check in early. The place was pretty clean and i can tell had some upgrades done. I was disappointed that there was nothing extra except head and shoulders shampoo. No pods for cleaning clothes and not even a coffee. The showers were extremely low and hard to get under. Then are nightly inhale of weed coming from the vents was a bit of a turn off as well. I could get past most of this but the area is ghetto. Was hard to take the dogs out and grass area was limited. It comes with two parking spot but that's a joke. No way to fit two cars in. Overall, expensive and the area is not good. The apartments right next to the townhome are an eyesore as well. I do think the owner did their best to make a diamond in the rough, but I just didn't feel safe and wouldn't even let my child outside.

2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom townhome included parking, a washer/dryer in unit, and some basic toiletries & supplies for soft skin, clean dishes, and clean clothes! This is an older property that has been renovated in the right places with a very modern look! Pets are allowed, but check with property regarding fees. Being able to stay at such a comfortable property while in town because my father was in the hospital; was such a relief. I’d definitely choose to stay here again if I were in the area.

The place needs a good cleaning, the floors are filthy my soaks where black at the end of my stay!! good thing i had them or it could of been my feet! yuck! drips of something on walls. There was a coffee cup that wasn't clean and a bent skillet that and dried scrambled eggs in it! nasty! No hand soap in master bath and none under sink to refill. over the town home needs some fixes, but the cleanliness was the most important. Never have seen any of the many VRBO's we've stayed at this unclean!

Great location

This property is located in an older and quieter part of North Austin. The neighborhood has mature trees, and is VERY quiet. We will stay here again if we need to travel back to Austin.

Excellent Stay

Will definitely look to staying here again. Two bedrooms and 2.5 bath was more than enough room for 2-4 people. Close to lots of food and shopping.

Great location for our needs,friendly neighbors.I might have missed it in the listing but bedrooms were upstairs so if you dont like stairs this property isnt for you.Communication with owner was great! He was very patient with all my questions.
