Located just steps from the beach, this eighth-floor condo boasts a comfortable and casual interior with plenty of vacation perks like access to an outdoor pool, and sauna. This Gulf-front condo is also near plenty of local attractions and activities including the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Pier, an amusement park, golfing, and dining.



After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the zero-entry pool that overlooks the Gulf, come home to relax on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. The beach view is perfect! From sunrise to sunset, you have all the beautiful views from the balcony. It was very clean and had almost every thing that we needed to cook our fresh fish/shrimp. The pool is great too! The beach access is easy and nice to walk straight out to the sand!

Beaches were beautiful crystal clear water - only problem - cleaning crew did not install the toiletries in the primary bath - they were installed in the other baths - a sliding closet door was off track and would not open - maintenance was called to repair

Not of the beds were comfortable. They were stiff. Beds just had sheet and very light cover. No blankets. If not for the beds I would have rated a 5.

Mini Vacation

This condo was a very clean and nice. Loved all the bedrooms had big beds in them. Great for couples visiting. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a hairdryer anywhere. Also the patio could use new furniture and a good cleaning. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy process renting, even offered 50% discount for extra night, I took it. Had everything you'd need in condo 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Great location, beautiful view, easy access to beach with a large swimming pool. Will go back

Excellent location.

I can’t think of anything negative to say about my stay. My two sisters and I stayed her for the second year in a row. I loved that each of us had our own bedroom and bath. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for breakfast and a light lunch. So much room
.and the balcony view is beautiful! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Gulf Shores.

After Christmas getaway

Property was as listed and clean on arrival only problem was gaining access to the property tried to call property manager with no success so had to go to the local office where they helped me with the code to the door and sent out a maintenance man to change the batteries on the door would definitely rent condo again

Great vacation!

We had a great time at the San Carlos! The size was perfect for our party of 7! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook with! Loved the regular size washer and dryer (not the small stacked size)! Bedrooms and bathrooms were not small at all! The only complaint we had was that the queen bedroom mattress slept horrible! But other than that everything was perfect!

Great condo and location

Overall great place to stay. Had difficulties getting door unlocked to condo. Took us about 40 min of trying before we got in. Called the rental company and it suggested I text my issue so I did. Took a while for a response which was “let me check into it”. Ended up calling the second number we had for them and finally got through to someone who had to do some checking as well. Turns out we needed to pull the door towards us as we typed in the code and turned handle. Wish we knew that from the beginning. Otherwise, condo was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The 2 beach chairs were broken but we just layed on towels which worked fine. No beach towels provided though so bring your own. Location was perfect. Closes to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

The condo looks amazing online and would have been perfect for our long awaited vacation. Unfortunately we had some issues. The condo was not cleaned properly and our feet were black with dirt not long after arriving. We had to have the unit floors redone the next day. Part of the issue is a filthy rug in the living room under the coffee table that needs thrown out. The furniture in the living room is horrible and worn out and needs replaced. The queen bed mattress is old and sinks all the way down when you sit or lay on it so it needs replaced. The refrigerator
.. the messages inside the top of the door said change water filter And another said clean air filter. I reported both messages so this could be taken care of and didn’t receive any reply so we were unable to use the ice maker in the freezer. The ice maker at the wet bar was a lifesaver. The freezer did not hold a freezing temperature at all. We bought frozen items and didn’t know there was an issue
