đč Outside of those hours, guests should simply stop by the 3rd floor the morning after their arrival without penalty or issue.
đ« NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
đź TRASH CHUTES: located at the end of each walkway (i.e. every floor has an east and west trash chute near the â01 and â09 units).
đ¶ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
đ Parking passes are $50 each
đč Passes are purchased on the 3rd floor (either at the front desk or via the kiosk located in the counter for after hour use).
đč Guests are welcome to purchase their parking pass prior to arrival by visiting the San Carlos parking page link which we will provide upon confirmation of your booking.
đč Max three (3) parking passes is allowed.
đč For the vehicle with 1st or 2nd pass, you can park anywhere except the Second Floor Garage.
đč All 3rd Passes can be used ONLY toward the overflow lot.
đč Vehicles with storage racks and/or hitches mounted to front or rear of the vehicles must park in the overflowing parking lot
đč Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.
đčParking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
đ No RV's, buses, trailers, and tow-along vehicles
đ GUEST CAN NOT PARK ON THE 2ND FLOOR. THE VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE
đ Any vehicle violating any of the above mentioned parking rules and regulations will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
