3BR, 3BA Immense Wraparound Balcon sur la plage !!!

Shoalwater Condominium est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique à Orange Beach, Alabama. Cette unité du cinquième étage est desservi par deux ascenseurs et dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains ... chaque chambre a leur propre salle de bains privative complète. Vous trouverez également un balcon enveloppant complète avec accès depuis le salon, la chambre des maîtres, ainsi que d'une deuxième chambre. Mise à jour de TV à écran plat dans everyroom, diffuser Netflix ou Pandora à partir du lecteur BluRay WiFi dans le salon. Le cinquième étage est suffisamment élevée pour que vous ne obtenez pas beaucoup de bruit dans les zones de la piscine pendant la journée, mais assez que vous pouvez laisser la chambre porte patio coulissante ouverte la nuit et écouter le bruit des vagues toute la nuit faible. Ce balcon est un coin balcon, vous donnant une vue ouverts de sable blanc et du golfe du Mexique.

Il ya une grande cuisine entièrement meublée avec bar. Lits comprennent un lit King Size dans la chambre principale et une reine dans chacune des deux autres chambres. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 avec des sièges supplémentaires au bar.

Ce bâtiment a été construit en 1996 et vous fournira une des vacances à la plage les plus agréables jamais! Détendez-vous dans la piscine intérieure et sauna, ou apporter les petits à la piscine pour enfants à l'extérieur sur la grande terrasse de la piscine. Les adultes peuvent se prélasser sur la grande piscine extérieure du Golfe côté, ou vous entraîner dans la salle d'exercice à l'intérieur, ou tout simplement se asseoir sur le balcon et regarder les dauphins.

Il ya des terrains de golf exceptionnels dans la région. Excellente Golfe et remous pêche, grande salle à manger, et des superbes magasins de notre 120 magasin Outlet Mall. Le jeu est à seulement une heure et 45 minutes à Biloxi, MS. Si vous vous sentez un parti à venir sur la tête juste à l'est sur la plage pour quelques miles de la ligne d'état de la Floride. Vous y trouverez le restoroute emblématique «La Flora-Bama Club '. Ce club de renommée mondiale est sur la plage et a la musique live tous les soirs.

Everything you can want

This is a beautiful place! Loved the roominess and everything being updated. Wonderful pool area and great access to the beach. Other amenities within walking distance. Danny was also prompt responding to my messages. Our family loved our stay!

Beach Vacay 2025

The condo is located in an excellent spot in the building. The beds were comfortable. Most of the furniture was decent. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinet. The cabinet drawers are in terrible shape and so are all the utensils in them. Some bathrooms didn't have any soap.Overall it was OK but we had to buy a lot of paper plates, cutlery etc. after we checked in.

So good, we immediately booked it again for next year!!

This place was perfect, especially for the price. Everything you’d expect but we didn’t pay through the nose for it. We immediately booked it for the next year, same dates. May even make it a tradition. Usually cheap and best don’t go together but in this case it did!

Our family stayed in Orange Beach for a volleyball tournament. The condo was great. Well decorated and comfortable. The layout is nice and had enough space for everyone to spread out. Felt like a home away from home.

The room was as explained in description. We had plenty of room for two families with teenage kids (a total of 8). The view was amazing from balcony. Love how the condo is directly on beach and only steps away to the beach. We had a wonderful stay thanks for sharing your condo.

Great Room

Overall, it was a great stay. It was in a great location. Had a lot to do around the condo. One of the best things about the unit was the huge balcony with the new outdoor furniture. The picture doesn’t show the new furniture but it’s really nice. Will be looking to book their in the near future.

Wonderful condo. Very happy with the unit. Only problem was the TV’s had intermittent signal. Would lose signal in middle of program on several evenings. No deal breaker, some just need TV to sleep.

The condo was very nice, couple of items needed repaired but was done promptly.. We have stayed in this building for the last five years, always enjoyed it, but now the Holiday Inn Express has decided to play loud music for 24 hours a day. until the property managers told me to call the police which I did so the last day was nice. Probably won't stay at this location again.

Very spacious with spectacular views!

506 Shoalwater was amazing! Three beds 3 baths are not easy to find on the beach. This place was awesome. They are not kidding about the huge wrap around balcony. Wow! It was great! All the cookware you need. Full sized washer and dryer helped with keeping clean towels and swimwear. Only bad thing is the building only allows 2 parking passes. We managed to get by with 3 vehicles but one did get a warning notice. The back bedroom has room for a full sized air mattress. Dining area was a little tight, but manageable. Overall this unit was very nice. The carpet was clean. Up to date bathroom/kitchen fixtures/cabinets. All furniture was nice. We will definitely check back with Danny if we need to visit Orange Beach again. Thanks for opening up your condo for us! PS. Bullpen Redstitch 108 10U baseball team out of McDonough, GA brought home runner up Global World Series rings.

Not as pictured, construction with jack hammers and wrap around patio was unusable

I emailed about the construction I read in reviews. He wrote that he thought it was just painting left and then I never heard back. We arrived to find the patio was torn apart and the whole side was not able to be used. The very small part that would’ve be useable had all the patio furniture stacked everywhere and the white plastic chairs were black. Condo itself was nice inside but no way anyone could stay there with the noise. I texted the owner and sent a video of the noise and dust/dirt abs patio. He was out of town in Colorado and has no idea about the construction. He should have ensured it was useable prior to guests showing up to keep an accurate update. I will be contacting someone there next because I should not have to pay anything as the place was not able to be rented. We flew in from Ohio and one person drove from Georgia. We were able to find another condo about 2 miles down the road which was amazing and the exact same size. Better part of the beach in my opinion. I would definitely use VACASA to rent again. They were amazing at finding us another condo to check in the same day.

Great Vacation

Orange Beach is a very beautiful beach and seemed to be centrally located for what we wanted to do. The outside of the building is undergoing some renovations. Danny was upfront and communicative on the status of the renovations and was very quick to answer any questions we had. While we were there, 6-18-22 to 6-23-22, they were working on several stacks and floors throughout the day. The workers were very nice and weren't bothersome. We mostly had access to the balcony in the early morning and late afternoon, which were the ideal times for us. (my husband even talked to them and took them some cold water during one of their breaks). The condo listing was pretty accurate and was perfect for our family of 4. Our teenage daughters LOVED having their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics and having a washer and dryer was also great. The view from the balcony was spectacular and was the selling point for us. On our last morning, we saw either a shark or dolphin swimming in the water (take binoculars). As with other reviewers, the unit wasn't as clean as we thought it should be. There was confetti on the floor in one of the bedrooms and in the living room, which we felt should have been cleaned up by the cleaning crew before we arrived. The floors and rugs could also use a good cleaning. With all of that being said, we understand the difficulty it is to keep everything clean with constant reservations (and sandy beaches). Most importantly to us, was our family being together and experiencing the best vacation ever!!!! Overall, we would give the property a 4.5 and are excited to visit again!

2025 Family Vacation

A very nice 3 bedroom 3 bathroom corner unit located on the 5th floor. Excellent view of the Gulf. The coffee maker didn't work the first day, but I sent a message to the owner Dan and he had a new coffee maker the next afternoon. Our family enjoyed the week!

Beach House with awesome balcony!

We enjoyed our stay. The Balcony looking out to the ocean was absolutely beautiful. Best balcony we’ve ever stayed on. It was very big and spacious! We loved being able to eat at a table on the balcony and look out at the ocean.

Condo was very comfortable and the balcony was where we spent a lot of time. View of the Gulf and beach is spectacular. Coffee maker did not work but a call to the Owner and it was replaced the next day. Great place to stay.

Overall unit ok needs cleaned and updated. Had an enjoyable week. We stayed there in April ice machine was broke and it’s still broke. Door code was the same as it was in April which seems like a security issue to me. Not enough dishes and silverware to accommodate 6 to 8 people. Tv in guest bedroom does not work. No cable. Unit was extremely dirty found clothes from previous guest behind dresser. Only one dish towel and 4 forks.

Beautiful Unit

I had a terrible time locating the unit number. VRBO never provided it, tried calling management company and the couldn't locate it, then called owner. Thought parking was provided for one car but it was not. A couple of things in unit No wash cloths! No trash can in bedrooms Half the 4 slot toaster did not work The waterfall sound from Holiday Inn covers up ocean and sometimes their noise level was high But overall loved the 3 bdr 3 bath arrangement. Great view lovely pool and comfy master bedroom.

2023 Orange Beach Vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay..Property owner very nice .. returned calls and e-mails quickly..We loved the Condo and the view was Beautiful!! Right on the Beach!! Would definitely stay there again!! Stores and places to eat within 5 minutes.. The large balcony was Great.. Didn’t hear any traffic!! We loved this Condo!!

Property was great! The view was amazing. The door handle to one of the sliding glass doors to the balcony was broken from previous guests so getting out that door was not advisable. Otherwise a lovely condo!

Great condo with great beach view

This place was exactly as described - wrap around view of the ocean, three beds with three baths, a great kitchen and dining space, nicely appointed. Enough outdoor seating in the balcony for our family to enjoy meals and playing cards. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We loved it and would stay here again when we get the chance!

My wife and I vacationed to Orange Beach after going to Destin for several years. We just fell in love with the vibe that Orange Beach had to offer. The white sand beaches and the nice restaurants, golf courses, and water sports were too good to pass up. We ended up buying this condo before we had to head back home. We are from Louisiana (5 hrs away) and look forward to our get away place in Orange Beach!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This corner unit has the biggest balcony we could find! We had to have a 3BR, 3BA because we have a large family. We hope that this condo will be a part of the many memories that you will leave with when visiting Orange Beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Along with the beach chairs and daily umbrella rentals, the vast pool deck was unique to this particular complex. Of course, the big balcony was also appealing and something that enabled us to really appreciate the beach and water view.
