Welcome to San Carlos 702, a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo offering direct beach access, a zero-entry pool, fitness center, and a spacious Gulf-front balcony. Nestled in Gulf Shores, Alabama, this peaceful retreat is perfect for small families or couples looking to unwind by the water.
**PLEASE NOTICE- San Carlos has an ongoing concrete spalling project at this time. Swing stages are set up on the South side of the building. During this time, it is recommended that guests keep the drapes closed anytime they would need privacy from 9:00am-5:00pm. Due to concrete work occurring above, the pool will be closed from March 24, 2026- April 6, 2026.(dates can change based on weather) The pool is expected to remain open while work is still being done on stacks not above that area.**
The Space – Sleeps 6 Comfortably Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, flat-screen TV, Gulf views, balcony access, and private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed with cozy decor, closet space, and easy access to the second bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Living Room: Sleeper sofa for additional guests, comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors leading to the private beachfront balcony. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Dining table seats four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Balcony: Large private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail. Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Perfect girls weekend
This condo is in a perfect location, it's very walkable to the downtown area. The patio was our favorite place to hang out, the sun felt amazing and watching the waves/beach area was good for the soul. Wonderful trip!
