Built in Spring 2019, “CELEBRATION STATION” is a beautiful hill country home located in the premier rental area of Heartstone. The 5-bedroom + 5 ½ bath home sleeps 26 in beds. The open floor plan is great for your multi-family Frio vacation. The kitchen layout has ample room for cooks and hungry mouths to feed. Your family and friends will enjoy the “breakfast bar” area; outside, the large covered porch and outdoor cabana/bar area will be a wonderful extension for your entertainment. Don’t forget you have your private pool and hot tub to enjoy year-round. Any time is a great time to come to the Frio! To enjoy the stars at night sitting in a hot tub….sign me up!

In the backyard, there will be a fire pit, large charcoal grill, smoker pit, playground, tetherball, and horseshoes. An activity for everyone!
Viewing sunsets and the hills of Concan will put your mind at ease following a fun-filled day at the Frio River, a short distance from “CELEBRATION STATION”. Heartstone has two parks that are used for river access. One of the access points is at Kenneth Arthur Crossing, and the 2nd river entry is downriver and not so busy with public activity. At check-in, our staff will review with each guest the entry locations for your “private river access”. Electric golf carts are allowed in the Heartstone subdivision.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We also offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If you want to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 2 — sleeps 6 – 1 king bed, 1 queen/queen bunk
Bedroom 3 – sleeps 7 – 3 queen beds, 1 Twin
Bedroom 4 – sleeps 7 – 3 queen beds, 1 Twin
Bedroom 5 – sleeps 4 – 1 king bed, 1 twin/twin bunk

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillow cases, mattress covers, pillows, blankets/bedspreads are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry, and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
