There was enough space & good size for # of people, lot of kitchen supplies/equipment. No bathroom supplies. Outside sitting area was nice. Great space for family stay or small group outing. Would recommend a screen door for back door to pool, as blocks beautiful view, air and sunlight to come in. But, overall a wonderful place and enjoyed our stay. Was short but would highly recommend and return again.

Read the fine print before booking at this location because apparently even if you purchase the travel protection it still doesn’t offer a refund even during a hurricane like event.

Frio Family Tradition 2024

The house was very cabin like and having the outside rooms with individual bathrooms and pool side bathroom made it perfect for our family. There was something for all the ages from the beautiful peaceful view and wildlife, horseshoes, and the pool if we were not at the river everyone enjoyed themselves. We loved it!

The house was good for our large group of 13 friends. It was very equipped in the kitchen. Only thing we can complain about is not enough parking area for our group.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the property was perfect for our family! The separate private rooms were a plus when the younger kids needed to go to bed so the adults could have some time at night. I do wish the stove worked better. The oven was fine, but the stove top needs repair as several burners were not working properly and made cooking a little difficult. Other than that, we would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My rental experience was very nice! It was calm and relaxing! We enjoyed the Parkview house! It felt like a cozy cabin but with enough room for all of us. We were a party of 11. We loved going outside in the mornings watching the does from across the street eat from their feeder. We were so happy to finally be out from the city and just enjoy nature. We had an enjoyable stay! I definately recommend it and I will definately be returning!

Amazing Stay at Park View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental experience was overall very enjoyable and relaxing. From the moment I arrived, the property felt welcoming, clean, and well-prepared for guests. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, with clear instructions that made it easy to access the home without any confusion. The space itself was exactly as described in the listing. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, the living area was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals and feel at home. I especially appreciated the small details, like fresh towels, toiletries, and extra blankets. One of the highlights of the stay was the location. It was close to nearby attractions, restaurants, and stores, which made it very convenient to get around and explore the area. At the same time, the neighborhood felt quiet and safe, allowing for a peaceful environment to relax after a long day.The host was also very responsive and helpful. Our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean as well as the pool! Plenty of deer to watch and great scary high roads to explore. We did stay the weekend of the flood. The ceiling leaked i the main bathroom of which we let them know. The rain was terrible and it was not due to any neglect on their end I can assure. The only thing that I wish was different was, there was no call to us about the rising river. We only recieved the National Weather Service alerts. I feel that an alert from the office should be implemented as a call and a text message both. However, they can not control the weather and our stay other than that was excellent. Thank you! We will be back!

I love the Frio...This is not the ideal location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This has a nice set up for a family with private bathroom for two of the rooms. The kitchen needs updating as the stove didn't work great. Some of the plugs didn't work. The pool and covered patio is very nice. The best part is the herd of deer that will visit you every morning and night.
