All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.

If you’re looking to be close to the Frio River and enjoy some incredible wildlife, Deer Trail is the perfect spot for you and your family. From the moment you step into this charming native stone two-bedroom, two-bath home, you’ll feel the warmth of the Hill Country. The open-concept living space, with its high ceilings, offers plenty of room for 6 to 8 guests to relax and unwind. The outdoor covered carport is a peaceful spot to sit back and watch the deer that wander through the property. You’ll also love the spacious side yard, complete with everything you need for a fun barbecue and cozy fire. Plus, Deer Trail is just a few blocks from the second crossing of the beautiful Frio River—ideal for making unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
