Venez vous amuser dans notre belle maison unifamiliale avec de nouveaux meubles. 7 chambres finies dont une salle de jeux avec un nouveau canapé-lit Queen, 3 chambres avec 5 lits individuels, 2. 5 bains, 10 personnes dans la communauté tranquille de "Villages de Southampton". 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Bethany et Boardwalk. Cette maison spacieuse dispose d'une chambre du propriétaire avec super bain qui comprend une douche séparée et un bain à remous jacuzzi. Vous allez adorer la cuisine, la salle familiale et le salon. Grande terrasse fermée 3 saisons qui mène à une terrasse avec table pour manger en plein air et s'amuser. Douche privée extérieure pour les corps sablonneux "après la plage".

Notre maison est votre maison, alors s'il vous plaît profitez de l'utilisation des chaises de plage, des jouets et des vélos de plage, du porte-vélos de voiture, de la cour privée clôturée. Quiet neighborhood

Perfect location… quiet neighborhood. We loved the screened in porch with are coffee in the morning. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but we had a great stay.

Such a good time!

Our multigenerational family had the very best time! So many wonderful memories to take home. Lots to do and so close to the beach! Plenty of places to shop and eat. The house listing really doesn’t do it justice. Bright, clean, spacious with plenty of spread out room for adults and teens alike. The 17 year old girls took the enclosed screened back porch(they were always cold! ) and the 13 year old boys the game room. The pool was wonderful. The hosts were tremendous and available with any questions that you have. You will find a Welcome binder on the foyer table chock full of information. Robert and Maria do everything to make you feel welcome. They have some pretty cool neighbors too! If you’re looking to stay in Bethany Beach and have a large family like ours stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Family is everything

The house was just the right size for the six of us plus a 10 month old who loves to crawl around and explore everything. The beach is close by and the pool was a good change of pace.

Family Vacation

Had a great visit with our daughter, son in law and grandson. House is as listed. The porch, bikes and pool access were great amenities. Area is nice. Lots of traffic. We ended up going to Fenwick State park to beach there as Bethany Beach parking was a bit crazy. Robert and Maria were quick to reply to any inquiries while there. The house was perfect.

Perfect vacation!

Robert and Maria were great hosts and easy to communicate with! The house is exactly as pictured and just a few minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the pool just about everyday and also utilized their beach chairs! My parents loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and board games with the kids. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We felt at home instantly! The house is beautifully decorated. Has the personal tocuh with family photos. The kids loved the bunkbeds and tpy box with the truck's. Seating is not a priblem and definitely allowed us to spread out and relax! The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. It could have used a quick little cleanup for leaves and cobwebs. The pool was fabulous and not crowded. Owner reaponse to minor issue with streaming/live tv servixe was quick! We are already looking forward to staying here next year!

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in years the whole family could get together. The home was just as pictured, and very clean. Host quickly answered the few questions we had. The back porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee.

Beautiful house, great location

Robert and Maria were great hosts! The home was clean and spacious. Loved the deck outback and all the available items (bikes, beach accessories, fishing poles) in the garage. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was great - 5 mins from the beach! The guest book with recommended restaurants and activities was also very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Kids loved it; we had a great time!

Bethany Beach House

This home was very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of bikes for the entire family. If I had to mention things that I would consider changing with the rental would be the type of grill on the property. This grill has no closure and with having a very windy weekend we had to use a lot of coals to keep the grill warm. The only other thing I would mention was the back porch was not cleaned at all and had over 2-3 inches on all the furniture which we had to clean upon arriving. Other than that, we had a great time. The home was beautiful, and close to many things for my family to do being so close to the beach! Thank you Robert and Maria for being great hosts!!

Great home for our weekend trip!

This property is in close proximity to community amenities (grocery, etc), beach, and boardwalk. Neighborhood was quiet with very friendly neighbors. The home was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.

Beautiful home!

This home was very comfortable and clean. It's a great location, just a quick car ride to Bethany Beach and boardwalk. The community pool was very nice, as were all the neighbors.

The best

Our family has come to the beach as a group for years and everyone said this was the best week we ever had so far. What a great house. Great location and the pool was a huge hit with the weather being in the 90’s. Your garage had everything we needed and more. Only thing we would say is to add the Millville boardwalk to your “book”. The kids loved it , it wasn’t far to drive and the adults enjoyed the ice cream. Lol. We will recommend this house of yours to anyone Thanks for sharing

The house was beautiful and clean. Beach essentials like chairs (adults and kids), toys, bikes were all available for us to use which was a huge plus. Great communication from the owners. Very clean, convenient and as described

This property was very clean and as described. It was quite confortable for a rental and was wonderfully convenient to the beach and grocery stores. The screened in porch was the real gem!

Great trip to Bethany Beach

We were really happy to have stayed here. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is a short drive to Bethany Beach. The house was exactly as promised, and the owners communicated very well. I felt like the owners of this property really wanted us to have a great trip, and that's always a nice feeling. There were a lot of small things in the house to make it easy (putting WiFi passwords in every room, stickers for what light switches went to what). One lesson we learned is that most properties in Rehoboth and Bethany - you have to bring or rent your linens and towels. We were rookies in this department! All in all, a great house, and we would definitely return.

Lovely beach house in Bethany neighborhood

We had a lovely 3 night stay in this beautiful, spacious beach house in a quiet family friendly neighborhood in Bethany Beach! House was very clean, organized and very well stocked. Lots of space for everyone! We enjoyed the game room, sitting on the deck, making a family dinner together in the kitchen, and riding bikes through the neighborhood! Loved it would highly recommend! Easy drive or bike ride to Bethany boardwalk and shops. Best stocked beach house we’ve ever seen.

Comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a lovely stay over a long weekend. Much of our time in the house was spent cooking in the large kitchen and enjoying the fall color sitting on the screened-in back porch. Everything was tidy and well-appointed. Great communication from the owners, too!

Lovely Family Beach-house

Lovely home! Just what my family needed. We relaxed on the large screened in porch, took walks in the neighborhood (very friendly), spent 2 days at the beach and visited Berlin, MD, Lewes, DE and shopped at the outlets. My family and I recommend anyone to stay here. You wil not be disappointed.

We had a great experience at this house. It was very clean, well-stocked, nicely decorated, comfortable, and great location with a short distance drive to the beach. Relaxing

This place was like a home away from home. Very spacious & did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as described in its description. We just did not want to leave. Definitely a place I will keep in mind for any future trips to Delaware.
