This condo overlooks one of the 5 pools on site and is just steps from the larger heated pool and 3 hot tubs on property. Walk 50 ft. to Rick's Sand Trap Bar and Grill where you can grab a pina colada before stepping onto the sugar white sand! Sandpiper Cove has 1100 ft deeded access beachfront w/ seasonal beach chair/umbrella rental service, 5 pools, 6 tennis courts, canal boat docking with marina slips by reservation & space availability, bocci ball, shuffleboard, fine dining at the on-site Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant, and a 9 hole par 3 pitch and putt golf course. All this within walking distance to numerous additional restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas, and other attractions!

Wonderful Place

My boyfriend and I booked a stay for our anniversary trip and we had a blast. The condo was in an amazing location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was really quiet and clean. Overall it was a very relaxing and a wonderful stay.

Great winter getaway

The property was exactly as posted. Rebekah was a thoughtful and attentive host. The condo was freshly renovated and every amenity was provided. The beach was just across the street and we enjoyed many brilliant sunsets and walks on the beach. Sandpiper Cove is very well maintained and has a loyal group who return every year. Tennis courts, par 3 golf course and multiple swimming pools and hot tubs are included in the complex. You can join the social life or enjoy your privacy. It was a perfect choice for us

Super convenient and completely updated condo

Everything was perfect!! Condo was completely updated furniture, flooring, kitchen, baths, washer dryer etc. The condo was maybe a minute walk to beach where they had a bar that had food also. La Lagniappe restaurant was also a minute walk located on the grounds and the food was awesome as always. I took advantage of the Water Taxi that picked me up and took me out each night anywhere I wanted to go on the Destin Harbor. Most places I stay in Destin you are either on the bay or on the beach. You get the best of both worlds at this place.

This unit is so clean and beautiful!

My husband and I booked this unit to celebrate our anniversary. I loved this unit from the moment we arrived. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a room that was so clean and cozy. It was perfect! The kitchen is stocked with anything you will need. The bed was comfortable and all linen was extremely clean. I loved being able to do laundry in our room. It’s convenient to the pool and the beach across the street is not a far walk. If you wanted to drive across the street to the beach, there’s plenty of parking. We arrived the day before hurricane Helene hit Florida. Due to the weather the first couple days, we wanted to extend our trip two nights if Rebekah had availability. She allowed us to stay those two nights for no extra charge! That was so kind of her. Communication is amazing with her! We would definitely book this room with Rebekah again. Go ahead and book. You won’t regret it!

Great long weekend at the beach

Just spent an extended Labor Day weekend in this studio condo and we were sad to leave. Recent renovation of an older condo complex with everything we needed to be comfortable. Tasteful decor, plenty of linens to use, and kitchen essentials included. Mattress was soft for our taste, but slept well. Across the street from the beach, but one of the first buildings making the walk to the beach quick and easy. Loved the central location in Destin. We will definitely be back! Very responsive to text messages!

Beautiful

My Husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon . The condo was clean and nicely decorated . It had all the amenities and walking distance to essential shopping . Short walk to the beach . Great security ! The owner replied with in minutes of having questions and is super nice . I will book the condo again in the future .

Fits all the needs

This property is amazing. It’s extremely clean, everything is fresh & welcoming. Location is less than a 2 min walk to ocean. Amenities are all you need. Love being able to do laundry on site. Host was very easy & quick to communicate with. Such a perfect studio space for a get away. This is where we will look to stay if in area again & will be sure to refer others heading to Destin.

Everything was just as listed… spotless property, great location, close walk to the beach, perfect studio for my husband and I. . Best sand piper cove rental experience

My wife and I spent a week in this condo. We absolutely loved this place! Rebekah was great to communicate with and overall we are very pleased with how clean it was when we arrived. The location made for a short walk to the beach. We loved the fact that there was on site laundry. We would definitely recommend and will definitely book again!

Perfect place for an important week!

The best way to describe this condo is sweet and perfect! It is bright, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen in a well laid out studio. Great location and just as it is described, with only steps to the beach! My trip to Destin was for a very special and poignant weekend. I was there to attend the EOD (explosive ordnance disposal) Memorial at The Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal at Eglin Air Force Base. My son was an EOD technician for the Air Force. He was KIA in Afghanistan in 2010 and his name is on the Wall and honored every year at this memorial. Because of the emotional impact this week had on me, a quiet and peaceful location was highly desired and this condo was perfect!

Great place.

Just spent two weeks in this unit. Very clean and great location. Bought a FB marketplace kayak which I left by the boat landing. So either a two minute walk to kayak fish around Destin harbor or two minute walk to surf fish the ocean. Pretty cool. Rebekah was always available for communication too.

Great location!

My 17 year old daughter and I had a great mother/daughter trip. The place is a bit small if you have more than a couple people, but it was perfect for us. It is a studio, with a bed and pull out couch. The place has been updated and is super cute! I actually took pictures of the bathroom and plan to use the ideas for my own small bathroom in my older home. The location is impeccable. This unit is right up front and the shortest walk you can have to cross the street to the beach. I will say, Google maps took us to check in across the street, which caused some anxiety about where to go or what to do, as they are on both sides of the street. We saw another confused car and they figured out to go across the street. This isn't an issue with anyone posting their units, just a tip from a confused renter! The renter forgot to notify the complex about our rental (or they lost it), so it took an extra 10 minutes or so to check in, but it wasn't a big deal. I've rented with Vrbo many times and I will say this unit was by far stocked the best in the kitchen. They had everything you could dream of and it was nice stuff! I didn't use it, because the two of us just ate out, but I was highly impressed. I definitely recommend this spot and we will return. Thank you for an enjoyable "last girls trip" with my daughter before she graduates!

Perfect location Lovely Studio

The condo was beautifully decorated and updated. Everything was as pictured on the website. We had no problems with anything in the unit. The location is very convenient as it is just a couple minutes walk to the water and even less to the main pool and hot tubs. There are activities every day should you want to participate. The property is in the heart of the tourist area so there are numerous restaurants and shopping available. The nearby marina area has dozens of water sports and boat tours as well as fishing excursions. The host responds promptly with anything you might need. I would definitely book this property again!
