Aloha, welcome to our amazing ground floor, garden view condo, in the heart of Kona town close to EVERYTHING! This studio has been updated for our guests to enjoy. We live on island and would like to share are little getaway condo with you. There is a CAL KING Posturepedic bed that is very comfy, along with a Euro Lounge couch. You can enjoy breakfast out on the private lanai with lush garden views and the birds singing to you. Relish in the tranquility of our tropical garden view condo, and the peace knowing there is an on-sight management available to offer you any help you might need during your stay. You are only steps away from the beach, loads of restaurants (Kona Inn, Lava Java, etc.), shopping and great sunsets! Public transportation is close by to take you on all your adventures, and the airport is only 15 minuets away. There is free Wifi, TV and AC in the room.

There is a small but efficient kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. Although there is no stove in the condo, there are 2 large BBQ available by the pool area.
We know you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host brought us extra towels and garbage bags when we needed some. We were a 2 min walk to Ali'i dr, where all thr shops and restaurants were and we could watch the sunset every night. Less than a block away was a farmers market that had fresh local fruits and veggies and other souvenirs that you would by on vacation. The pool was refreshing and i met some really nice people from other parts of the U.S at the hot tub. We had a great stay and it was just what we needed to relax and have fun on our trip.

There is no better view in this convenient ground floor condo! Location is near enough to airport . It's centrally located to go north /east or south/west to see all the island. We prefer to make meals and we had basically everything needed in the kitchen. The condo has been nicely decorated to a good standard. Clean. It was hot with heat/humidityindex of 95-95 so we were grateful for the A/C

I always enjoy staying at the Kona Islander -- it is quiet, convenient and is just perfect for a home base when I come over to scuba dive.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The property is located in walking distance to shops and eateries. We loved that the unit was recently renovated and clean! Parking might be a little challenging if you return late in the evening. We were fine taking an uber when needed. Mahalo!

Nice place in a great location

Condo was newly renovated and was a comfortable stay. Location is great as you can walk to restaurants, etc. Overall it's a great place for a couple to stay in Kona.Reviews saying that parking is bad are semi-true as it's a first come, first serve place without enough spots for all tenants. Just prepare yourself if you come back later in the evening you'll most likely have to park on the side of the road. We did so a few times and had no issues.Only suggestions for the place would be to add a few hooks outside to hang dry things since you can't use the railings due to local rules for the complex. Could also provide more bath towels for stays longer than a day or two... we had 2 towels for 2 people over 4 days, but made it work.

Mid-week getaway

Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for one person. I come to Kona to dive, so I don't spend much time in the condo. It was clean and had everything that I needed for the three days I was there. Would recommend .

Great Location

Rental is located in a great location with many nearby walkable destinations for dining and shopping. Very close to the Kona Farmers Market, Waterfront Row Shopping Center, Kalaepa'akai Beach, and many other places along Ali'i Drive. We wnjoyed our stay and would recommend. Parking can be limited, but we had no trouble parking across the street when the complex parking lot was full. Rental was clean and furnished with everything we needed for our short stay.

We extended our stay and found this place on short notice; fantastic for a place to hang/sleep after a 12 hour day in Volcano National Park. Place has everything you need!

Perfect Getaway

This property is great, nestled right down in the center of mix of what’s going on Kona. Mere minutes walk from the waterfront, restaurants and entertainment. Couldn’t ask for more, and host was very helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a great stay in Kona look no further. 10/10 would recommend.

Great last minute find!

This was a last minute trip for my 13 year old son and I. David, was very helpful with responding to my questions. The place was clean and appreciated the comfortable king size bed. The remodel of the kitchenette was nice and usable and opened up the space so you could easily move around the condo. The lanai was in the shade and surrounded by nice green floral landscaping. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day for our 5 day trip. Awesome location to walk to restaurants and coffee shops especially with having a teenager! Will definitely return and stay at David's place. Thanks David!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It’s right in the heart of the town and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Everyone at the complex was very nice including other guests and the employees. Our host David made our check in nice and easy. We will be back!

We grew up in Southern California in a beach community. My family vacationed here and realized that we enjoyed the slower pace and year around warmth that Hawaii offers. We made the move here 14 years ago and now have this great studio to share with guests to see what we found here. So, when you book with us you are helping to support the local economy and not some big corporation. We are also on island to help you with any questions you might have about the island or local attractions.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this condo because it is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay with a tropical landscape setting. It is located across the street from the ocean and beach and is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities. Some of the restaurants have seating right at the edge or above the water.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

They say that the three most important things about a property are location, location and location. In my opinion there is no better location for a condo on the Island then right in the heart of Kona Town.
