Hog game weekend

We had to extend our stay- needed to come in early for a funeral. Our host was VERY accommodating. We had a bit of a problem with the heat and a quick cold spell and again, our host was very responsive. It was a good location in NW Ark to get to the airport, Rogers, Siloam Springs and Razorback stadium. We enjoyed our stay. And nice to have a garage.

Hi Debbie, It was a pleasure hosting your group and I appreciate you all for choosing my place. Thank you for graciously working with me regarding the heating unit. As we discussed, the HVAC tech will be out today to trouble shoot and make any necessary adjustments. Please keep me in mind for any future travel to Northwest Arkansas!

This 3 bedroom was in the perfect place for us. Less than 2 miles from the Crystal Bridges Museum and the Square. We easily found our way around town. The only thing is...the venting for the upstairs--furnace is in the hallway. So to get any heat the door must be left open. Worked fine for us.--But you should know before you go.

Hi Susan, Thank you again for choosing my place, it was a pleasure hosting you and your group. Regarding the hearing, there are vents in each bedroom, so perhaps you didn't see them as the room with the king bed has a vent underneath the bed. I also provide 2 space heaters and additional blankets in the event that one finds the heat insufficient, so there should never be a need to leave your door open if you don't want it open. I'm sorry that was your experience. Again, I truly appreciate you all for choosing my place and please keep me in mind for future visits!

King bed in wrong bedroom

For the price isn't bad. Was disappointed the King bed wasn't in the bedroom with the attached bathroom. Queen bed is which wasn't what we wanted. Parking also is very limited. At the end of a cul-de-sac and another old vehicle was parked in front of townhouse our entire stay which left no extra parking for us.

Let me start by thanking you for choosing my place for you and your family on Thanksgiving. I've been a STR host for two years now and this is the first constructive feedback that I've received regarding the placement of the king bed or the parking. I'm sorry you weren't pleased with them. We placed the king bed in the largest bedroom in terms of square footage and there are no beds in the house that are smaller than queen sized beds, so we proactively chose larger beds for the house, but the largest bedroom is not the master bedroom, so that factored into the placement choice. With regard to parking, my place has a single car garage that I provide a remote option to for guests to enter and exit and the driveway is long enough to fit 3 cars behind the garage. Additionally, there's room in the cul de sac to park at least 1 more car by the mailbox, so there's enough parking to comfortably allow for 5 cars. I believe your stay was unique because you were there for Thanksgiving and you had several people coming and going, but given the fact that the property is a 3br, 2.5 bath, I believe offering 5 parking spaces is more than enough for the size of the property! These 5 spaces do not include the 4 available for the occupant of the other side of the duplex. Yes, I have 1 car parked in the cul de sac, but there's still room for an additional 5 cars. Thanks again for choosing my place for your family's Thanksgiving holiday!

Biking in Bentonville

The house was fine and met all our needs. It was nice to have access to a garage for our bikes and laundry for our muddy clothes. However, it was not a good location for biking. The bike lane nearby was under construction (fenced in) but it would have been difficult to get across the very busy 4 lane street anyway. We were hoping to bike places but we had to transport them everywhere with our car. If we go again, we would book somewhere closer to the bike trails or a location that was more scenic for walking and running.

Lots of room, everything worked, great location -few concerns

Located in a nice cul decsac, trail accress right across the street. short bike ride to Crystal Bridges! . Lots of room. Lots of little extras. One concern - it is not handicap accessible upstairs. The stairway had not handroal andmy husband really struggled with it. Also the owner did not reply to messages sent after the stay about a missing throw blanket that my kids took by mstake (samecolor as extra blanket we bought them) that we arragned to mail back. We would stay again if he's put in a sturdy handrail!

Hi Vikki, I apologize if I didn't get back to you regarding the missing blanket. I certainly meant to but must have gotten distracted. A guest informed me that you mailed it back, so thank you very much! Regarding the handrail, I will install one as that absolutely helps those that may require that kind of assistance. I'm sorry that it made it difficult for your husband. I truly appreciate you all staying with me and hope you consider my place again (with the handrail of course!) Best regards, Traftin

Good location, Comfortable space

This place is very close to the downtown museums, restaurants and coffee shops. It has comfortable beds and lots of space. The kitchen could use a bigger frying pan and new sponge or dish cloth. Generous with other supplies.

My husband and I wanted to check out the trails in Bentonville. The property was clean and quiet and conveniently located to the middle of downtown and included appreciated personal touches including a secure garage for our bikes. Excellent stay close to bike trails, Crystal Bridges, and downtown.

This was a girlfriend weekend and we had a great time. Rooms were as shown, very comfortable bed, towels in bathroom are very nice, travel size toiletries are offered. We had very pleasant weather, it was nice weather to sit on patio and have drinks and appetizers. Coffee pot and single serve cups are provided. Location is close to nice bike paths, and we used the bikes provided. The only suggestions would be to have additional kitchen towels and Allen wrenches to adjust the bike seats.

Hello! My is Traftin and I'm a proud Arkansas native who grew up in Fort Smith, left to Atlanta for college and have lived in Arkansas, Georgia, Alaska, Georgia, Arizona, Arkansas and now Mississippi, in that order!

I worked in real estate for Walmart which brought me back to Arkansas in 2014 and loved being home.

I recently got married and my wife and I moved to her home in MS, so I decided to list my place on Airbnb as we frequently come back to Bentonville.

I'm a huge Razorback fan as well as a fan of Atlanta area sports teams, so in a way, I've been a glutton for punishment for years now, but I'm confident brighter days are ahead!

I love hearing about my guests' experiences and travels and truly hope you enjoy my place!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is well located in terms of dining, shopping, trail access and proximity to I-49, Bentonville and NWA in general. With it being in a cul de sac, you will not experience much traffic on the street and is relatively quiet and family friendly.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I offer complimentary wine, snacks and two very quality bikes as a thank you to my guests!
