In the â€ïž of Bentonville. Quiet corner đ <Than 5 mins 2 đŽ trails, downtown or HWY
The home is set in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The kitchen has been newly renovated. It has a washer and dryer w/laundry soap. 1 and a 1/2 baths. 3 bedrooms. Games for children. A 55" tv in living room. Tiled throughout with the exception of a rug in the living area. Central heat & Air. Fenced yard.
The location was ideal for what we did. The place was clean. There were a couple minor things, but I texted the property manager and she quickly responded. There was a minor note missing in the entry directions. After the code, the lock needed to be turned and not pushed. May have been user error ( haha).I would recommend this place
The house was pretty clean. Yard was not mowed. Garage was not available for use. The owner left a nice welcome basket for us. It was within biking distance of downtown Bentonville. Weâd definitely stay again!
Found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience. The space was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. The only amenity I found to be missing was an iron, which would have been convenient. Nevertheless, the overall stay was enjoyable
Very convenient location, close to main roads but tucked away in a mostly quiet neighborhood. (A neighbor's dog was barking periodically, but that's to be expected in any neighborhood.) Comfortable beds, and nice cool AC. A few things that I've found to be standard in other rentals were missing: an iron, any baggies or wraps in the kitchen, and bars of soap for both the sink and the shower in the bathroom so the one hotel-sized bar wouldn't have to be carted back and forth. I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because when retrieving the hair dryer from below the bathroom sink, the cabinet was found to be pretty dirty. The drain in the tub was very slow. These are minor issues, though, and we were mostly very pleased with our stay.
We booked this property for our stay in Arkansas during our adoption process with our new daughter. Host was so special, very kind, understanding and perfect at communication! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Close to the interstate and the perfect location for any surrounding areas. I canât say enough great things about our host or our stay! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
Went to party at the rally and yet this home felt more like home than a rent room. Cozy and relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living space was perfect for our group. Comfy beds
We enjoyed our stay in Bentonville as we always do. This location was comfortable and central to everything that we had to do while we were there would stay there again.
We had a lovely stay in this cozy home. Our host was fabulous and took great care of us. I am so grateful for this time to explore the area before we call it home.
Had a wonderful visit to Bentonville, much of it was due to our stay here. The house was clean, the bedrooms were nice sized and comfy. It was just like the photos. The location for us, in a nice quiet area with easy access to any key places to go. Our experience was so pleasant weâre already talking about coming back.
This house is in a great location in Bentonville right off 49. You can walk to Crystal Bridges if you're up for it. The neighborhood was very nice. It was great to come back to cool AC, a washer/dryer, and an ice maker after all of our outdoor adventures. Tile floor everywhere made it easy to sweep and the houss looked and felt much cleaner than a hotel, over all. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. I was able to cook for the family all week with no problems and there were plenty of plates and cups. (Did have to wash some things before using them. )The dishwasher works well if you break open the detergent pack and empty it into the cup. It didn't seem to dissolve on it's own. There was a housekeeping issue when we first arrived and it took some time to get in touch with the host. I prefer to handle that kind of thing by phone but was only able to reach her by text. (That was after going through the VRBO "agent" rigamarole). Fortunately, the issue was handled within the first couple of hours we were there, even though it was a Saturday night. I appreciate that. Still ended up washing all the sheets and making up the beds myself. That said, I own a housekeeping business, so I know things come up sometimes. Over all a very good value. I'd happily recommend it to anyone.
Easy to get to from Highway 49. Had all that we needed. Clean and nice. Comfortable beds. We are two adults. There is a third room with double beds that we didn't use.
We came to Rogers/Bentonville area for Bikes Blues and BBQ to man a Ministry booth for CMA. This house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I hope the bikes weren't too loud. The house was everything it was supposed to be, and more. I highly recommend and plan on booking there again. God Bless!
Great property. Owner experiencing technical issues w VRBO
The property was great and the owner friendly. Experienced some communication response time gaps, inaccurate Wifi password, and unclear checkout instructions. Owner was able to resolve questions via text.
As I stated in the letter left at the property, all was represented well. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We only slept there and did not use the kitchen or living room, i.e. TV. We spent our time at my sister's house or running around. We were disappointed that the one and only outlet in either of the 2 baths did not work at all, so I dried my hair in the kitchen. I didn't bother curling it because there was no mirror anywhere near an outlet that did work. Another surprise was to see that neither bathrooms outlet (by the sink) were GFCI protected. This is against Nat'l. Electrical Code, since water is about 1.5 feet away. But, they didnt work anyway. Thank you for the sarling gift box, in the kitchen, of snacks. It was appreciated and a nice surprise.
