Hi Susan, Thank you again for choosing my place, it was a pleasure hosting you and your group. Regarding the hearing, there are vents in each bedroom, so perhaps you didn't see them as the room with the king bed has a vent underneath the bed. I also provide 2 space heaters and additional blankets in the event that one finds the heat insufficient, so there should never be a need to leave your door open if you don't want it open. I'm sorry that was your experience. Again, I truly appreciate you all for choosing my place and please keep me in mind for future visits!

Let me start by thanking you for choosing my place for you and your family on Thanksgiving. I've been a STR host for two years now and this is the first constructive feedback that I've received regarding the placement of the king bed or the parking. I'm sorry you weren't pleased with them. We placed the king bed in the largest bedroom in terms of square footage and there are no beds in the house that are smaller than queen sized beds, so we proactively chose larger beds for the house, but the largest bedroom is not the master bedroom, so that factored into the placement choice. With regard to parking, my place has a single car garage that I provide a remote option to for guests to enter and exit and the driveway is long enough to fit 3 cars behind the garage. Additionally, there's room in the cul de sac to park at least 1 more car by the mailbox, so there's enough parking to comfortably allow for 5 cars. I believe your stay was unique because you were there for Thanksgiving and you had several people coming and going, but given the fact that the property is a 3br, 2.5 bath, I believe offering 5 parking spaces is more than enough for the size of the property! These 5 spaces do not include the 4 available for the occupant of the other side of the duplex. Yes, I have 1 car parked in the cul de sac, but there's still room for an additional 5 cars. Hi Vikki, I apologize if I didn't get back to you regarding the missing blanket. I certainly meant to but must have gotten distracted. A guest informed me that you mailed it back, so thank you very much! Regarding the handrail, I will install one as that absolutely helps those that may require that kind of assistance.
