Nestled in the picturesque Big Cedar Glen neighborhood, this remarkable modified A-frame mountain home perfectly blends modern luxury and rustic charm. As you step into the heart of the house, you'll be greeted by a gourmet cook’s kitchen that serves as the focal point of the residence. Whether it's a family gathering or a meal with friends, you can savor delightful culinary experiences in the indoor dining room or choose from two outdoor dining options. The private fenced-in backyard beckons with its seating for 6, a BBQ, and a brand new hot tub, all set amidst the charm of a giant “Idyllwild boulder.” Alternatively, you can opt for the elevated wrap-around deck, which offers breathtaking views of the mountains, cedars, pines, manzanita, white lilacs, and Japanese plum trees, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor dining and relaxation. The main floor also hosts a well-appointed bedroom with a queen bed and a full guest bathroom, providing comfort and convenience for guests. Ascending to the upstairs loft, you'll be greeted by the sunlit and spacious master bedroom, featuring a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bath with a double shower, offering a private sanctuary for relaxation. An additional bedroom with a queen bed and a writing desk completes the primary loft, providing a tranquil space for journaling or catching up on emails.

This vacation rental is equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval, and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

- Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles.

- County permit number: 001982

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2, we no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21. Those under 25 will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home.

Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
