Other things to Note:

Pets - We allow DOGS ONLY. Max 2. Dogs must be housebroken and never left alone in the house.

Although the home feels very private, we do have neighbors. No Events or Parties. No Commercial photography and filming.

No Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes.

Guests are prohibited from possessing within the home or discharging anywhere on the property any fireworks or explosive devices.

WINTER MONTHS
From early November to late March, there's a possibility of snow at the cabin. The house is located at the end of a private road that stretches a quarter mile, is steep and windy.

Disclaimer: 4x4 vehicle WITH chains is mandatory when there is snow to safely access the cabin. We cannot be held responsible for guests who get stuck. When there is snow, we ask our guests to park at the top of the road by our gate and walk down to the house.

According to County Ordinance 927.1, we require our guests to provide a copy of their identification and sign a formal agreement within 48 hours of making the reservation.
